Welcome.

Begin by settling into a comfortable seated position.

Feel your body supported by your chair or bed.

Feel your feet resting on the ground.

Start by taking a deep breath in and out.

Breathing in,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Pausing out,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Continuing at this pace and counting to yourself.

Repeat the following words to yourself.

I'm grateful for every moment my body allows.

I'm grateful for every beat of my strong heart.

I'm grateful for every breath drawn by my lungs.

My body's sole purpose is to take care of me.

I'm grateful for how hard my body works.

My body has adapted to everything in its environment.

My body works hard to support me.

My body is an incredible work of art.

My body is exactly the way it's supposed to be.

I deserve the space I occupy in this world.

I'm working towards loving my body exactly as it is.

I am good enough.

I am good enough.

I'm grateful for my body.

As you feel complete,

Begin to bring your awareness back into the room.

Keep the opening your eyes if they were closed.
