If it's comfortable for you to close down your eyes.
Close them gently.
Or if you prefer to have your eyes open,
Just look at a spot across the way if that's more comfortable for you.
A particular spot,
Something on the wall,
A picture,
An object,
Something out the window.
And let your breath fall into your belly.
If it's helpful for you at the beginning to place your right hand on your navel and then move it up just a little bit,
You can breathe into that spot,
Feeling your belly rise as you inhale and feeling your belly and your hand go back in,
Fall as you exhale.
Just drop that breath down there.
You can keep your hand there,
Or if you think you've got it,
If you placed it there,
You can remove your hand.
Checking in with your body,
Seeing that you've released all the tension.
Check in with your upper back and your shoulders.
See if there's any tension there that wants to be released.
Checking in with your neck,
Your face,
Your jaw,
If your toes a little wiggle,
Your legs a little wiggle,
Make sure there's no tension down there.
And as we prepare to go into this affirmation practice and brief meditation,
Tuning in with the intention of sufficiency,
Of there being enough of everything.
Maybe there's one particular aspect that you can tune into that has felt insufficient,
Whether it be having enough time to do all the things that you want to do or feel you must do.
Maybe it's money,
Having enough money or energy,
Space,
Health,
Wellness,
Anything that comes to mind in the area of not having enough.
Tuning into this question,
What if there is enough?
What if all is provided for already?
Good.
Take an intentional inhale and exhale through the nose and let go of the breath.
Not going to change it or control it in any way.
Just let it flow naturally.
Check in with your posture,
Sit up with a nice,
Tall spine,
Sitting up nice and tall,
But comfortable and relaxed,
Drawing the shoulder blades together gently.
Placing the feet flat on the floor if you're sitting in a chair.
You can place your hands,
Palms up or palms down,
Your choice,
At the juncture of thighs and abdomen or a little bit further forward if that's more comfortable for you.
If your eyes are closed,
Allow them to be closed softly.
Your eyes gentle behind your closed eyelids.
Relax your jaw.
Allow your tongue to fall away from the roof of your mouth.
And begin to tune in to the words of this affirmation.
Affirmation being a statement of higher truth.
All is provided for.
All is provided for.
There is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Noticing any,
Noticing any resistance to the words of the affirmation.
Just noticing.
And now tuning in once again with intention,
Allowing there to be feeling,
The feeling behind the words.
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
As you begin to memorize the words of the affirmation,
If you choose,
You can allow yourself to say them,
To say it out loud with me to yourself.
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
If you're saying it out loud just in a whisper now,
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
If you're saying it out loud just in your mind now,
Following along,
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I know that all is provided for.
That there is,
There has been,
And there always will be enough.
Indeed,
More than enough.
I have enough.
I am enough.
I am enough.
Letting the words of the affirmation stay for just a moment.
Good.
Letting the words go,
But staying with the feeling for just a moment or two.
Now,
Take a normal breath in and out.
Prepare to come back to the space where you are.
And when you're ready,
You can flutter open your eyes,
Or stay here like this for as long as you like.
