Today is a good day to relax and let go,
And let it be easy.
Today is a good day to be free of the doing and the questions and the needing to find an answer.
Today is a good day to stop wondering when I will feel good,
And to let that be today,
Even in the smallest fraction of a feeling.
Today is a good day to celebrate anything big or small,
And then celebrating the small things.
We appreciate them,
And they will grow,
And we also release the expectations of always being good,
Feeling good,
Doing good.
Letting it be easy today.
And sinking into that feeling,
And everything else falls away,
Just for a moment.
You can come back to everything that's swirling and falling and growing and becoming,
But just for right now,
Let it be easy.
And with each new breath bringing in ease,
Allowing the body to unwind and take a pause,
And be free.
Noticing this body,
This beautiful vessel,
Inviting it to wake up and come back a little bit easier.
Knowing that this calm,
This pause here is available to you anytime you need it.
It doesn't take long to break the cycle and refocus,
Recenter.
