This meditation is to focus on centering yourself and your awareness and your peace as much as you can.
So to prepare your body for this meditation,
I invite you to sit up straight and to be in a space where you can move around a little bit.
So this will be slightly active if you can.
If you're unable to move around this will be moving your arms out to the side and up above you and around in front of you.
So if you need to adjust to be in that type of space that will allow for that movement,
Go ahead and do that now.
And if you're unable to get into that free position,
You can imagine yourself doing so.
So just picture in your mind your arms doing the motions and that I think will get part of the effect going for yourself.
So when you're ready close your eyes gently and invite yourself into your body.
How are you feeling?
What's going on in your toes?
What's going on in your toes?
What do your knees feel like today?
How's your belly in your heart center?
How much are you allowing yourself to breathe deep cleansing breaths?
What about your ears?
Have you given your ears enough silence?
Have you given your ears enough silence?
What's going through your mind?
Have you allowed enough space between your worries?
Have you allowed enough space between your worries?
Bring it all here into your body,
Your awareness.
Let it bubble up.
And we're going to breathe into our bellies.
At your own pace take a big deep breath.
And you're going to bring the shoulders up,
Breathing in.
Shoulders up to the ears,
Breathing out.
Let the breath go.
Roll the shoulders back.
And bringing them around again.
Breathing in,
Opening the chest,
Shoulders up to the ears.
And breathing out.
Roll the shoulders down the back.
When you're ready do it again.
Up to the ears with the shoulders up,
Up and back.
Opening the chest,
Inviting deeper breath.
And settle in or go one more time,
Whatever you need right now.
Feeling the shoulders loose and open.
And breathe into the belly.
And let the breath go.
Feeling the shoulders loose and open.
And breathe into the belly.
Letting the belly go.
I invite you to feel the light around you.
Whatever capacity that means to you,
There's no right or wrong.
This is what you make of it.
So our emotions for today,
Our activity is to spread the light all around you.
Bringing the hands up in front of the chest.
Moving the hands out to the sides.
There is light in the eyes.
There is light and safety all around me.
If you want to visualize spreading the light in the walls of your home,
The walls of your room.
A deep cleansing light all around you.
Move the arms in whatever way they want to go.
Whatever way feels right to you.
There is light and safety all around you.
Cleansing light.
There is light and freedom.
There is light and freedom above and below you.
Moving the arms up around the head,
Down.
Sending light up and down.
Feeling freedom above and below.
Moving in whatever way feels right to you.
Moving in whatever way feels right to you.
Light and freedom above and below.
Safety and light all around you.
When you move to the sides,
You visualize the light and the safety.
Moving the hands,
Arms up and below.
Feeling the freedom.
Feeling the opening.
Allowing your breath to deepen as you open up.
Moving between the two however you want to go today.
Feeling the safety and the light all around you.
And the freedom and the light above and below you.
You are open.
You have fluidity in your life.
Continue the movement as long as you need to,
To help you feel that freedom and the safety deep in your belly.
This is your creation for yourself.
Let it happen on its own.
Don't force anything.
If it's not going for you,
Just be still.
Hold a position.
Above and below is light and freedom.
All around you is light and safety.
Staying with it as long as it feels right to you.
Checking in with your body.
With your toes and your ears and your belly and your heart.
Breathing in.
Release.
Feeling your body here in this moment.
Moving with the freedom and the light above and below and the safety all around you.
This is your opportunity.
This is your incubation period of creativity and learning.
Find the answer to your question yourself.
Free from distraction.
There is freedom above and below.
There is safety all around.
Settle in with your hand on your belly and your hand on your chest.
Living in this present moment.
Feeling the light all around you.
Stay here a little bit longer.

How are your ears doing?
Breathe into your belly.
Strong release.
Coming back slowly if you're ready.
Wiggle your toes and wiggle your ears.
Staying in the light.
Remembering to come back here whenever you need.
