Let's settle in to the environment we are in today.

And take some deep breaths.
Today's meditation topic is chakra balancing.
So we're first going to walk through the body to allow time and space to release the different areas and then we'll go back through each chakra area to give it specific attention to release and clear.
We'll have a brief pause for silence and then I'll slowly bring you back gently so you can return to your day.
So let's get started.
Bringing your awareness into your feet.
Releasing any tension from your feet.
Allowing them to relax and let go.
Move your awareness up your legs,
Pausing at your knees,
Giving them your awareness and gratitude for moving freely through your day.
Moving up to your hips.
Again,
Allow your hips to release,
Giving your full attention,
Giving gratitude,
Appreciation for the intricacies,
The support.
Become aware now of your back,
Your spinal column,
The muscles of your back.
Give your awareness and your appreciation to this beautiful network of bones and muscles,
Connective tissue,
Say thank you.
Allow your back to relax and let go.
Move up to your shoulders.
Give your awareness and your appreciation to each shoulder.
Just a little movement.
Scrunch your shoulders up to your ears,
Roll them back,
Roll your shoulder blades down your back,
Opening your chest.
Do that again.
Bring your shoulders up to your ears,
Scrunch them up and allow them to release naturally down your back,
Opening the chest,
Deep breath.
Allow the relaxation to travel down your arms.
Show your appreciation to your elbows and your forearms and release your hands.
Coming back up to your neck,
Move your neck just a bit to settle in.
Give your awareness to your neck,
Your jaw,
Your ears,
Your face.
Relax your nose,
Your eyes,
Your ears.
Let it all go.
You are relaxed.
Let's return our awareness to the base of your spine,
Bringing into awareness your root chakra.
This is your sense of safety,
Belonging.
Bring in that warm red energy.
Invite your root chakra to open gently,
Welcoming thoughts and feelings of release and groundedness,
Safety.
You are welcome in this space.
You are welcome in this body.
You are open and you are safe.
Breathe in and out slowly with safe and welcoming energy in your root chakra.

Move your awareness up to your sacral chakra,
Your emotional center.
Feel connected to yourself in this area just below the belly button.
Tune in.
Open yourself to the feeling of release.
You are safe in this space.
You are welcome to connect with your emotions.
Be aware of an opening in your body,
In your chakra system.
Welcome in the warm orange energy.
Feel the lightness that brings.
Raising your awareness,
Feeling good and clear.
Breathe through this opening in your sacral chakra.
Breathe in the warm orange energy.
Moving your awareness now up to the solar plexus chakra,
The pleasure chakra.
Welcome in this warm yellow energy.
Feeling confidence in the clearing and welcoming that you are now creating.
Feel the strength from the outside noises.
Welcome them into this meditation and use them as a tool to heighten your experience in this moment.
Show gratitude for these sounds that empower you in this solar plexus chakra.
Use them as a force to clear the energy.

We move to your throat chakra.
Feelings of connection through voice,
Blue safe energy.
Feeling confidence to speak your truth.
Welcoming energy to flow through you and out of you through your voice.
Traveling through your body,
Sending messages that you're ready to share,
That are ready to be shown to others and to yourself.
Speaking through this beautiful blue energy,
Bringing in the light,
Sharing your light.
Moving your awareness now to the third eye chakra.
Your awareness in the body comes to your forehead representing your intuition.
Centering yourself in the knowing your truth.
Those subtle messages coming through your third eye and this deep indigo energy that you now welcome into your chakra system.
Traveling upward,
Preparing you for the next stage.
Feel the strength building.
Use the sounds around you as a tool and your breath.
Bring this awareness,
Bring this strength to your third eye chakra.
Clearing anything that's holding you back from connecting to your intuition.
Let it go.
Let it move out and through.
Now bring your awareness to your crown chakra,
Located at the top of your head.
This is the final stage in the chakra system and also just the beginning in the connection you can obtain with your higher self,
Your higher awareness.
Send all of the energy through your crown chakra.
Bring into your awareness a connection with the divine.
Allowing yourself the release to the divine.
Allowing clarity,
Allowing connection and freedom.
This deep purple violet light energy,
Allow it to flow upwards and beyond.
Breathe through this clear prism of light.
You are a clear column of light.

Remaining with the stillness and the peace that you've created.
So gently start to come back to your body.
Feeling your feet,
Your hands and your head introduce micro movements throughout your body and remain with the connection you've created with this light body you have.
Centering your energy in your heart and the love that you have found and created today.
Send this love to yourself and this body and this day.
Send your love out to those around us.
Send your love around our planet and send your love to those who need it most on this day.
Feeling gratitude with every step of the day.
Finding peace and release.
Coming back to your breath.
Coming back to your awareness in this body and prepare yourself to open your eyes.
