So,
Landing in this space,
Feeling everything that we brought with us,
And allowing this transition from wherever you came from,
And really breathing in to the present moment.
Settling in,
Even deeper with every breath.
Settling in.
Then check in with your belly,
Asking,
How can I get just a bit more comfortable?
And give that to yourself.
And feel how the opening shifts the breath.
And then keep adjusting until you feel settled.
And when you're ready,
If you haven't already,
Slowly closing the eyes and finding a stillness.
And we breathe together,
If you can,
Three big,
Deep breaths.
Sending it all out.
And one more.
In today's meditation,
I offer some affirmations.
Whether you believe it to be true throughout your body,
Throughout your life,
Just give it a chance in this next however many minutes.
Just try it on for size.
I deserve all that I desire.
Sucking that into your belly.
I deserve all that I desire.
Sucking that into your chest and your heart.
I deserve all that I desire.
Placing this belief as a crown upon your head.
Breathing it in.
Bring it to surround you.
I deserve all that I desire.
Allowing that to land.
And take up space in your body and in your room.
Stay with that.
Come back to it if you've been distracted.
I deserve all that I desire.
Maintain that feeling.
And remember that I matter.
Returning to your belly.
Feeling the warmth.
I matter.
Place your hand on your belly if you feel it.
I matter.
Letting it land in the chest and in the heart.
Putting it into your heart.
Putting the hand on the heart if you feel it.
I matter.
Placing it as a crown upon your head.
Raise the hands up if you feel it.
I matter.
Letting it land in your body and in this room.
I matter.
Stay with the breath and this feeling.
Sinking in this feeling.
And now we breathe in this moment.
I deserve all that I desire.

Breathing out.

It's very special.
Inviting this new belief to take up residence in your belly,
In your heart and as a crown on your head.
Towing back closer to this moment.
Bringing some of that feeling that you've created with you.
Go as slow as you like.
Imposing when something inspiring pops into your head.
These are precious moments coming back from a beautiful meditation.
Write it down.
Go do it if you can.
Call that person.
Or stop calling that person.
And returning with the breath.
Savoring this feeling and the peace that you've created.
