Welcome,
Welcome.
As we arrive together in this space,
I invite you to get really comfortable.
To perhaps shrug your shoulders back and down,
Sway your hips from side to side,
Maybe take a nice gentle yawn,
Stretch,
And gently come into a relative stillness.
Taking a deep inhale,
Feeling your chest rise.
And as you exhale,
Releasing,
Letting go of that breath.
Taking another deep,
Deep inhale,
Feeling our bodies expand and grow.
And as we exhale,
Letting go,
Surrendering to this moment.
One more like that.
As we inhale,
We expand our chest,
Our body,
Our mind.
And as we exhale,
We release.
We have arrived in this little pocket of time.
There's nowhere else to be.
There's nothing else to do.
And so with that,
We can rest a little bit more.
We can relax a little bit more.
Noticing how we are arriving.
Noticing how we are holding our bodies.
We're not trying to fix or change.
We're just bringing awareness to our bodies.
How are we holding ourselves in this moment?
Taking a deep inhale,
And exhaling that breath out nice and audibly.
Bringing our awareness to our mind,
The pace of our thoughts,
The texture of our thoughts.
Where our mind is today,
The stories,
The narratives,
The tone.
We're just noticing,
We're not following the narratives.
We're not criticizing or judging.
We're just simply noticing ourselves in this present moment.
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale,
And again sighing that out nice and audibly.
Bringing our awareness to our energy.
Emotionally,
Our state of being.
Noticing our energy levels.
Noticing where our energy is today,
Our energetic field.
Perhaps we're holding on to something that's happened previously,
A conversation,
A responsibility,
A situation.
Anticipating something in the future,
Something to come.
We're holding on to that energetically.
We're not changing,
We're not adjusting.
We're witnessing ourselves in this moment as we are.
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale.
Inhale a little bit more,
A little bit more,
And again audibly releasing that.
Honouring ourselves just as we are in this moment.
Honouring ourselves for showing up.
For making this little moment,
This pocket of time,
To really connect in with ourselves.
To sit with ourselves gently,
Compassionately,
With kindness.
Knowing that we are enough just as we are.
As we walk this path today,
We are whole in ourselves.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
Feeling ourselves really connected and rooted.
Grounded in the weight of our bodies.
As we relax a little bit deeper into the chair,
The bed,
The cushion that we sit on.
And feeling the earth,
Whether that is the ground,
The bed,
The sofa,
The cushion.
Feeling that rising up to meet our bodies,
To hold our weight fully,
Securely.
Taking a nice deep inhale,
Nourishing our bodies,
Our mind,
Our energy.
And as we sigh that breath out,
Feeling ourselves relaxing a little bit more.
Releasing into this moment.
Knowing that we are exactly where we need to be.
Feeling that deep connection with the earth beneath us.
So beneath the bed,
The chair,
The cushion that we sit on.
Feeling the connection with the ground.
So whether that is the top floor of a building,
Or the bottom floor.
Feeling that connection with the floor,
With the structures of the building that we're in.
Towards the ground,
Through the cement,
The concrete,
The metal,
The pipes.
Down into the earth,
Where the earth meets with the structures of the building that you're in.
And if you're sitting outside,
Feeling that connection with the ground itself.
We are feeling that connection.
Moving deeper into the earth itself,
The mud,
The sand,
The dirt,
The roots.
Deeper still into the layers of the earth.
Moving deeper,
Deeper still to the core,
Center of the earth itself.
And feeling that connection with the sacredness of the earth.
With the vitality and regenerating,
Rejuvenating energy that the earth offers and holds.
Feeling ourselves really connected as earth bodies.
Feeling ourselves grounded and strong.
Taking a deep nourishing breath.
And as you exhale,
Releasing to the earth any tension,
Any worries,
Any stress.
Feeling ourselves really connected.
Feeling the earth draw any energy that you no longer need to hold on to,
Down into the earth.
To be regenerated,
To be renewed.
Feeling ourselves held gently,
Supported,
Nourished.
As we inhale,
Calling up that sacred energy from the earth.
That restorative,
Energizing,
Sacred energy.
Feeling ourselves renewed,
Restored.
Feeling that soothing,
Nourishing energy move through our bodies.
Move through our minds,
Our thoughts,
Stories,
Narratives that we hold on to.
Feeling ourselves breathing space into our mind.
Expanding energetically.
Regenerating,
Renewing.
Feeling invigorated and alive.
Feeling deeply connected to the sacredness of life itself.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
And perhaps in this moment you wish to stretch into this energy.
Feeling it vibrating through your body,
Your mind,
Your energy.
Perhaps you start to feel colors.
Perhaps you start to experience a flow,
A movement.
And if so,
I invite you to move with it.
To feel into this intuitively.
To feel into this movement as an expression of the earth.
Perhaps we breathe like the fire.
Perhaps we move with the wind or the water.
Perhaps we grow strong and stretch with the earth.
And feeling into this as an earth body.
Feeling ourselves connected and nourished and held.
Taking another deep,
Deep inhale.
And perhaps this is the deepest inhale that you have done so far today.
And when you feel like you can't inhale anymore,
Inhale a little bit more.
A little bit more.
A little bit more.
And sighing that breath out nice and audibly.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
And for a few moments I invite you to sit with this restorative,
Rejuvenating energy.
Moving or breathing in your own rhythm.
Continuing to breathe deeply as you move through your day ahead.
May you continue to cultivate,
To share and express with this energy.
As an expression of earth.
Deeply connected with yourself.
With the sacredness of life itself.
Taking a deep inhale.
And sealing all of that energy in.
As we move through our day ahead.
Choosing to be in this energy.
In this frequency.
