Welcome to today's meditation for realigning,
For taking a moment to pause,
To notice and to move forward with clarity and with compassion.
If there's anywhere that we're feeling a little bit stuck,
A little bit of frustration,
I invite you to just pause as we move through that space,
As we move through that stickiness.
As we begin,
I invite you to get comfortable,
Maybe roll back your shoulders,
Sway your hips from side to side and make any little adjustments that feel good in this moment.
Perhaps making some raspberry noises with our lips,
Shaking our hands.
We can be as big or as subtle as we would like,
Just listening to our body.
What does our body need in this moment?
Maybe we need to sing,
Maybe we need to make a noise,
Hum.
Just releasing any of that energy,
That stuck energy,
Allowing it to move around our body.
Taking a deep inhale and exhaling that breath out nice and long through our mouth.
We're going to do a couple more like that as we inhale,
Feeling our body expand and taking up space.
Parting our lips and just sighing that breath out nice and long and slow.
Again,
Taking up breath,
Taking up space with our inhale,
Expanding our chest.
And as we exhale,
Sighing that breath out nice and audible and loud and long.
Again,
Making any little movements,
Any little adjustments.
And then coming to a relative stillness.
Noticing what's coming up for us.
Noticing the texture of our mind,
Where our thoughts are moving to,
Without any criticism,
Any judgment.
Just noticing and witnessing ourself in this moment,
With love,
With compassion and kindness.
Noticing where our mind is going,
What we're attaching on to,
What we feel is attaching on to us perhaps.
Any responsibilities,
Any to-do's,
Just noticing.
Taking a deep inhale and exhaling that breath out nice and long once more.
I invite you to allow yourself to get really heavy.
Feeling ourselves weighted in the earth beneath us and feeling whatever it is that we are sitting on today,
Rise up to support our bodies.
Feeling ourselves supported and grounded in the earth beneath us.
Continuing to breathe in a natural rhythm and just noticing.
So today it's a practice of noticing,
A practice of pause.
Noticing what's coming up and realigning with ourselves.
Aligning with this moment,
This day.
Just noticing if there's anything that we can release.
What are we attaching to that we don't need to?
What can we release and let go off in this moment?
Perhaps it's pressure that we're putting on ourselves,
Perhaps it's a do-do-do mindset of all the things that we have to do,
That we should do.
Can we release any of those?
And as we do,
Can we make space?
Can we cultivate that openness to connect in with the energy of today?
To connect in with the sacred earth energy,
To connect in with our heart energy.
Taking a deep inhale,
Expanding and growing and as we exhale,
Releasing and letting go.
And perhaps visualizing or sensing anything that we need to let go of or that we aren't aligned with.
Releasing into the earth as it flows off our body,
Flows through the structures of the building perhaps or into the earth beneath us,
Into the gravel and stones,
Into the soil.
Releasing from our body into the earth,
Into great mother,
To be renewed and regenerated.
And as we release,
Noticing this moment,
Noticing what it feels like to let go of any of these ideals,
Any of these conditions,
Any of these shoots.
Noticing what that feels like to come back to ourselves.
Just simply being in this moment with our breath.
And as we create that space,
I invite you to call in whatever it is that your body needs in this moment.
Whatever it is that your mind,
Your soul,
Your spirit.
Perhaps it's patience,
Peace,
Calm.
Perhaps it's curiosity and an openness to play.
Perhaps it's love and compassion and kindness.
Whatever that energy is,
Whatever that frequency,
That feeling,
I invite you to call it in on your next inhale.
Imagining and feeling into that intention,
Absorbing through your whole entire body.
Feeling every atom in your body,
Every cell.
And as you exhale,
Allowing it to ripple out into your day.
Rippling into all of the actions that you will take on your day.
Rippling into how you meet and greet people,
Places.
Rippling through.
Just visualizing and feeling into what your day might feel like with this intention.
Embodying this intention.
Trusting in this intention.
Feeling into it.
Taking a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
Allowing that to let go.
Trusting that it is in process.
And if there is a creative action,
If there is a practice,
Allowing that intention to infuse.
Cultivating that openness and that interconnection with all life.
Cultivating that connection with the sacred energy of the earth.
And trusting that anything that we move into today,
Any actions,
Any relations with material,
With people,
With plants,
With situations.
Trusting that we are bringing this energy into it.
Trusting that we are whole in ourselves.
And knowing that this is the energy that we are bringing into the work that we're doing today.
How we're showing up for ourselves.
How we're showing up for others.
The energy that we are putting into the things that we get to create,
That we get to explore with curiosity and openness.
Taking a few deep breaths in our own time and just feeling in,
Allowing ourselves to fall into this space of openness,
Of expansion,
Of interconnection.
Noticing if in this space any insights,
Any wisdom comes through.
Perhaps it's a word,
Perhaps it's a sentence,
A memory,
A feeling.
A little bit like a deja vu perhaps.
An inner knowing.
Just listening into our body,
Listening into our heart space.
The energy of this emotion,
This intention.
What guidance is coming to us today when we fall into this space,
When we trust in this space?
What inner guidance comes forward about this situation,
About this reason that we feel stuck?
What are we guided to?
What are we inspired by?
What inner wisdom is shown to us in this moment?
And bringing our hands to our heart space and taking a moment now just to honor ourselves,
Honor that inner sage,
That inner wisdom.
Taking a deep inhale,
Honoring our bodies,
Honoring our mind,
Our spirit.
And as we exhale,
Allowing ourselves to begin to make some little movements.
Maybe moving our shoulders back and down,
Maybe moving our hips from side to side,
Releasing our hands to the side,
Taking one final inhale together.
And as we exhale we can begin to open our eyes.
And if journaling is in your practice,
I invite you to jot down anything that came up in our meditation today.
Any little insights,
Any moments of inspiration.
Wishing you a beautiful and inspiring day ahead.
Gra agus bonocti,
Love and blessings.
