Good morning and welcome to today's meditation.

I invite you to get really comfortable in whatever way that feels good.

Perhaps rolling your shoulders back and down,

Maybe swaying your hips from side to side and making any little movements or adjustments that feel good in this time.

As we ease into this morning,

As we shake off any sleepiness,

As we release any to-do's,

Anywhere to be and just knowing that we are exactly where we need to be.

There's nothing else to do,

Just letting go of any expectations and really arriving in this space,

This space of stillness,

Of compassion and kindness for ourselves.

Taking a deep inhale,

Really filling our lungs as much as we can and as we exhale just gently closing our eyes if we've not already done so.

Continuing to breathe deeply as we inhale,

Welcoming in space and expansiveness in our bodies,

Our mind and as we exhale letting go and releasing,

Getting soft and receptive.

As we inhale,

Taking up space,

Growing,

Expanding and as we exhale just letting go,

Letting go of anything to do,

Letting go of any tension.

Continuing to breathe in our own rhythm,

As we inhale,

Feeling that nourishing breath expanding through every atom of our being and as we exhale just letting go,

Releasing and trusting in this day.

I invite you to call in an intention,

What is the energy that you're wishing to call into your mind,

Your body,

Your spirit on this new day and as we call in that intention,

Inhaling and expanding it through our whole bodies and as we exhale letting that intention ripple through our day,

Trusting that it is already in process.

Bringing our awareness to our whole body,

Feeling that support as our weight weighs down on the earth beneath us,

Whether that is a chair,

The floor,

A bed,

The earth itself.

Just noticing where we meet the earth,

The floor and noticing where the support of the earth comes up to meet and reach us,

Support us in this seat.

As we sit a little bit taller,

Maybe stretching our arms,

Maybe making a nice yawn,

Just really coming to greet this day and feeling that appreciation and that love as we begin to move into this morning practice.

Feeling that appreciation and that love for ourselves,

Honoring ourselves in this morning,

For showing up,

For taking this time to nourish ourselves,

Our body,

Our mind.

Inhaling and exhaling,

Just letting go,

Releasing,

Surrendering to this moment and if there's any thoughts or any to-do's begin to come into our mind,

Releasing and letting go with each exhale,

Allowing our breath to be the root and the anchor to this moment.

Continuing to notice our breath expanding through our body and through our whole being.

Breathing in and breathing out and for a few moments I leave you with the ebb and flow,

The rhythm of your breath,

And feeling that breath nourishing every atom of our bodies as we inhale,

Expanding and as we exhale letting go and releasing.

On our next breath I invite you to really inhale as deep as you can.

When you feel like you can't inhale anymore,

Inhale a little bit more,

A little bit more,

And exhale that breath nice and long,

Just sighing it out,

Nice and audible.

Do that once more,

Inhaling nice and deeply,

Really absorbing in that nourishing breath and when we can't inhale anymore,

Inhale a little bit more,

A little bit more,

And again exhaling that breath,

Nice and long and audible.

I invite you to bring a little bit of movement into your body,

Perhaps moving your arms side to side or begin to move in any way that feels good,

Allowing your body to show you the way.

Moving your arms,

Your neck,

Maybe sighing,

Allowing yourself to really ease into these movements and as we do I invite you to call in that intention once more,

Infusing that intention with your breath and with your movement of your body,

Your arms,

Your neck,

Your hips.

Just feeling that intention moving through and as it does,

Allowing it to move out through your body,

Through the top of your head,

Through your fingers,

Through every pore in your skin,

Allowing that intention to expand out and really feeling into that.

Maybe the colours,

The feeling,

The emotion,

Perhaps you get some little insights,

Some little thoughts,

Moments of inspiration.

Just allowing yourself to channel further that intention,

Allowing it to ripple out into your day,

Perhaps visualising any inspired action that you would like to take.

Just knowing that it is in tune and in alignment with this aspect of yourself that sits here now,

Open,

With clarity,

With love,

With compassion and kindness.

And before we begin to move into that intention and intentionally move through our day,

I invite you to bring your hands to your heart and to maybe dip our head a little bit and bow into ourselves.

Taking a deep inhale and feeling that gratitude and appreciation for ourselves and for our practice today.

Perhaps giving ourselves a little inner smile and feeling nourished,

Feeling whole and complete.

Taking another deep inhale and as we do,

Releasing and letting go of our arms,

Wriggling our fingers,

Beginning to gently,

In our own time,

Open our eyes.

Wishing you a wonderful day.

Grá go sbonachtaí,

Love and blessings.
