As we begin to arrive into this space,
I invite you to get comfortable,
To make any little adjustments that feel right in this moment.
Beginning to slow down,
Connecting with our body,
Just feeling ourselves getting a little bit heavier as we relax into this space,
Giving ourselves a moment at the beginning of our practice today to really catch up with ourselves,
To arrive here fully in this space,
Knowing that we can return to all of the to-do's at the end of this session.
And so with that,
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale,
Filling our lungs and releasing,
Exhaling our breath.
We're going to do one more like that as we inhale,
Expanding,
Growing.
And as we exhale,
Letting go,
Taking a moment to just notice how we are arriving today,
Noticing the texture of our thoughts,
Noticing any tension.
We're not judging,
We're just witnessing ourselves in this moment,
Witnessing our emotions,
Witnessing our energy levels,
Witnessing ourselves in this moment.
And if there is an intention that you would like to set,
To cultivate,
To call in today,
I invite you to do so now,
Setting our intention.
As we inhale,
Calling that intention into our mind's eye,
Into our heart space,
Into our full body.
And as we exhale,
Releasing that intention with trust,
Allowing it to permeate through every atom in our being.
Just feeling into any shifts that have already happened as we feel into that frequency of that intention.

Noticing any shifts in your body,

With our body,
Noticing that connection with the earth beneath us,
Whether it is a chair,
The floor,
A cushion,
Feeling the connection of our body to that which we're sitting on,
The connection of that which we're sitting on to the floor,
Below that,
The walls or the structures of the ground itself,
The cement,
The gravel,
The stones,
Below that,
The soil,
The dirt,
The roots,
And below that,
Deeper still into the earth itself,
The core of the earth,
And the sacred earth energy,
Connecting deeply in with this,
Feeling ourselves rooted,
Grounded,
Taking a deep inhale,
And exhaling,
Releasing into the earth.
If there is anything that you would like to release,
Letting go of,
I invite you to do so now.
So just noticing if there's anything that you're holding on to,
That you're attaching to,
Perhaps it's a mindset,
Perhaps it's a physical feeling,
Perhaps it's memories,
Conditions,
Behaviours,
Releasing it with non-judgement.
So we are just releasing,
It is time to let go.
We are honouring it,
Releasing it,
Letting go of it,
Because it is time to release this into the earth with compassion,
With kindness,
And so as we take an inhale with kindness,
With compassion,
As we exhale we are releasing that to the earth,
Trusting that the earth is supporting us,
Pulling this energy down like a magnet,
And in return the earth,
The sacred energy of the earth,
Offers renewal,
Regeneration,
Just calling that energy up into our bodies,
Through the earth,
Up through the structures,
The building,
The floor,
And up through our bodies,
Allowing it to overflow,
Permeate through every atom in our body,
Just feeling into that,
Allowing that energy to move,
Perhaps your arms move and stretch,
And just feeling that energy,
That sacred earth energy,
Integrating through your body,
Moving,
Merging,
Resonating,
Feeling that frequency of that earth energy,
Strengthening,
Cleansing and clearing,
Growing,
Expanding and growing,
And expressing itself through you,
Through your actions in this day,
On this path that you walk in this lifetime,
Allowing this sacred energy to move through you,
Feeling that alightness,
Feeling at ease,
At peace,
At oneness,
Continuing to breathe deeply,
We're going to do a deep,
Deep breath together,
So exhaling wherever you are,
And as you inhale,
Expanding,
Growing,
When you feel like you can't inhale anymore,
Inhale a little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
And releasing,
Sighing that breath out nice and long through your mouth,
We're going to do that once more,
So inhaling,
Expanding,
Growing,
Stretching,
Inhaling a little bit more,
A little bit more,
A little bit more,
And parting our lips and sighing that breath out nice and long,
And before we move back into this space,
And move back into our day ahead,
Or our evening ahead,
In this space of expansiveness,
Of stillness,
