Welcome.
This meditation is best suited for you if you are new to the practice of meditation or would like to refresh your commitment to the practice.
So let's get right into it.
First,
Start by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated cross legged or laying down with your limbs relaxed out by your sides.
Close your eyes.
First,
I'm going to go into a few tips that I have for beginners.
Meditation is a practice for our minds.
Just like physical fitness is a practice for our bodies.
It is more important that we stay consistent every day than to meditate for long periods of time infrequently.
Meditation can be challenging at first,
Just like when you start out at the gym,
But it is one of the most rewarding things you can ever do for yourself.
Meditation truly is your best tool for healing what might have caused you trauma in the past,
For coming into the present moment,
For visualizing your future and manifesting everything you could desire.
We're going to get into the affirmations now.
We're going to set the intention to heal and release self judgment.
So repeat after me in your mind.
Right now,
I forgive myself,
And I welcome healing.
I arrived here in this meditation so that I can start anew.
Every moment is a new opportunity to tap into love,
Joy,
And growth.
I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
I know this because life has allowed me to come this far and to learn from every experience I have encountered.
I love myself,
And I welcome healing.
Now,
Hold these facts and affirmations in your heart for a moment more,
Just a few more breaths.
You are right where you're supposed to be.
Be proud of yourself for showing up today.
You may come back tomorrow as well for more tips on how to manage your new meditation practice as someone who's getting a fresh start.
I wish you all the best.
Namaste.
