Good evening,

Beautiful soul.

It is now time to get ready to rest.

Find yourself in a comfortable position where you can sleep for the night and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,

Relax your body just a little bit more into your bed.

Feel all of the points of contact between your body and your bed and sink into them further.

Feel yourself become heavy with sleep.

Thank yourself for completing the day and now let it wash away.

White light energy starts to pour into you from your crown chakra and cleanses you,

Washing over your scalp,

Face,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Torso,

Legs,

Feet and whole body,

Filling you up on the inside and washing into the space around you,

Protecting you,

Cleansing you,

Holding you.

See this white light energy encapsulate your whole bed and even the room you're in,

Creating a protective bubble for you to rest tonight.

Sense that you are floating in this white light bubble right in the middle of it as if you were in a cloud.

See if you can feel simultaneously the sensation of being heavy in your bed and light as a feather in your white light bubble.

Allow your whole body and aura to expand into this bubble.

You feel as if your body is spreading out,

Ready to be opened up and cleansed.

With every breath,

You move like waves of the shore.

Gentle lapses,

Heavy,

Floating,

Flowing.

Bring your attention to your left foot and your left shin and calf.

Start to notice the sensation there,

Your left knee,

Left thigh,

Becoming tingly with sensation.

Your left hip,

Left side of your torso,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Left forearm,

Left palm and back of hand,

Left thumb and fingers,

Left side of your face and head,

As if you were just your left half for a moment.

And then,

Letting that side go,

Bring all of your attention to your right foot,

Right calf,

Right shin and knee bringing sensation,

Right thigh,

Right hip,

Right side of your torso,

Right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Right palm and back of hand,

Right thumb and fingers,

Right side of your face and head,

Feeling the entire right side of your body full of that tingly sensation.

Now feel just the left side of your body and then just the right side of your body,

The front of your body,

The back of your body,

The top of your body,

The bottom of your body.

You are falling sleepier.

Your whole system is slowing down.

You feel completely relaxed.

As you drift off into sleep,

You feel heavy.

You feel like you are floating.

Your whole body is full of that luxurious sensation.

Your eyes are heavy.

You are safe to sleep.

You feel relaxed now.
