Hi friends,
This is Katie.
Welcome to your future self-guided meditation.
Start by getting yourself into a comfortable position,
Aligning your spine and releasing the tension from your body.
Take a big inhale through your nose and then releasing on your exhale,
Repeating that process a couple times to start activating that parasympathetic nervous system.
When you are ready,
You can breathe comfortably at your own pace.
Notice the connection between your body and the ground and begin to visualize that you are seated on a calm,
Clear beach.
You are in complete relaxation.
The sun is gently warming your skin.
You can feel the sand beneath you.
You can hear the peaceful flow of water nearby and you feel completely at ease.
Now sense that you are experiencing your life from one year in the future and all that you've been wanting to happen has taken place and it's even better than you could have imagined.
You look at your body and you feel both comfortable and confident.
Sitting in your own skin,
You feel powerful and grounded.
You feel divine feminine and masculine energy mixing together in just the perfect amount.
You reflect on all of the activities you've done and the relaxation you've had to heal.
You've enjoyed a balance of healthy foods and tasty meals.
You've cultivated your love for movement through walking,
Jogging,
Stretching,
Yoga,
Pilates,
Strength training,
Whatever it is that you love.
You've treated your body as a vessel for receiving self-love and just feel into this energy for a moment.
Wonderful.
As you appreciate all that you've accomplished in your body,
You come to realize that the most special transformation you've undergone is the one that's taken place in your mind.
Your mindfulness and meditation practice has led you to greater presence and self-compassion.
Every day you notice the small things.
You are in touch with your senses and you feel so blessed to have them.
Again,
You take a moment here to thank yourself for everything you've done over the past year and feel into this energy.
Beautiful.
Now take a big deep breath in and gently start to feel your body in the room again,
Letting this beautiful space wash away,
Knowing you can come back to it whenever you would like,
Knowing that this beautiful future lives in your timeline.
And just thanking it as you start to bring some movement into your fingertips and your toes,
Perhaps rocking your torso side to side and fluttering open your eyes.
See how you are living in the moment of becoming and how this is such a beautiful thing.
You are right where you are supposed to be.
