I have been meditating since 2012, however, I love this track because it covers the basics and it reminds us to be humble and patient. Meditation changed my life at a time that I needed it so much and I’m grateful to people like this teacher for encouraging those who have little experience to jump in and try it with a lot of self-love.

I really really like this meditation, I practically felt the rainbow energy around and pouring into me and I definitely feel lighter and brighter after it!! I love the waves, they are soothing and relaxing. I will return. Thank you 🙏🥰💚🌈
