Welcome,
Friends.
In this meditation,
We are going to calm your nervous system and transition into a new version of you by working with the energies of the past and the future.
So arrive in a comfortable seated position and straighten your spine.
Allow your shoulders to roll back and then down.
Close your eyes and let them be heavy.
Relax.
Breathe.
Just be.
And as you relax,
Draw your awareness to your breath.
Begin to take deep and slow breaths in through your nose,
Filling your lungs and out through your mouth.
Nice and gentle.
Keep breathing like this deeply,
Slowly filling up your lungs and releasing any tension on your exhale through your mouth.
On your next inhale,
Imagine that your breath pulls in from the base of your spine and rushes all the way up your back to the top of your head.
And on the exhale,
Sink deeper into the ground.
You're allowing your breath to pull that life force energy up,
Up,
Up from your roots into your crown chakra.
And then on your exhale,
You sink deeper down into Mother Earth.
And as you keep up this circular breathing process,
Focusing on your breath and the energy moving up and down along your spine,
I want to remind you that right now is a time of transition and transformation in your life.
We know that the only constant in life is change.
But some moments are full of more change than others.
And right now in your life,
You are transitioning from one season to the next.
You are blossoming.
You are ever growing,
Achieving your health goals,
Your financial goals,
Your relationship goals.
You are moving with grace at the challenges you face.
And while life can seem surprising or even difficult,
Now is the time to look back and give yourself compassion before moving into this next chapter.
It is time to energetically heal and transition.
So you can take your focus away from your breath now and move your awareness to your forehead,
Your place of inner vision,
And call upon the past few weeks or even months.
Bring to your mind a moment or moments that challenged you or surprised you.
And ask yourself,
What did I need at this time?
Perhaps it was simply a hug or reassurance that everything would be okay.
Whatever it was,
Give yourself this thing right now.
Express gratitude and pride for your past self.
And now let it go.
Let it be.
Keeping your attention on your foreheads.
Call to mind now where you are going.
Envision the success that you are about to achieve.
Envision all of the abundance and happiness and health that you are about to witness.
Give your future self gratitude and pride as well.
Thank your future self.
And take a deep breath here.
Take one more last deep breath,
Your deepest breath yet in through your nose and let it all go out through your mouth.
Good.
Now feeling into your body.
Bring yourself back to the room you're in.
Moving your toes and your fingers and your neck.
There is no rush here.
Slowly opening your eyes and see how you feel in this present moment.
Perhaps noticing a sense of completion,
Gratitude,
Excitement,
Relaxation.
Whatever it is,
As we close this meditation here,
I want to invite you to take this energy with you as you move into your next steps.
You are so powerful and you always have the ability to heal your past self and work with the energy of your future self because time is not how we perceive it.
And this energy work is very real.
