Take a deep,

Cleansing breath,

One that fills your lungs and releases all the tension from your body as you exhale.

Now clear your mind of all the thoughts that take you away from this present moment.

If they appear,

Just imagine them dissolving and floating away.

Draw in another deep breath,

And then let it go,

Centering on your third eye,

The space between your eyes.

As you breathe,

Imagine your third eye opening and transporting you to a new realm,

The realm of dreams and imagination.

And as you travel to this new realm,

You are surrounded by a cool,

Calming mist on either side of you.

After a few moments,

The mist begins to move away,

And streaks of sunlight pierce the air,

Making their presence known.

The sunlight illuminates your surroundings,

And you find that you're standing on a rock,

Safe and secure,

Near a cascading waterfall.

A symphony of water tumbles from high above into a blue-green pool below.

Mist and foam dance together amid the tiny rainbows that blink in and out with the sun's rays,

All while turquoise bubbles pop.

As you look around,

You notice an eagle perched on a branch nearby,

And as the eagle spreads its wings,

Two beautiful,

Fluffy wings gently form on you.

You take a moment and just think about your silky plumage flapping in the breeze,

And like magic,

They do.

You decide to test the wings,

Jumping up just a little off the rock,

And feeling the air catch in your flapping wings,

And with each little jump,

You feel a swell of confidence,

Of inner power,

Gather within you.

You rise easily above the rocks,

Again and again,

High enough to grab a branch from a tree.

As you alight on the rock again,

You draw in a deep breath,

Lift your head to the sky,

And leap off of the rock.

The wings carry you effortlessly,

Suspending you before the majestic waterfall.

Splashes of water kiss the bottoms of your feet as you glide from one side of the falls to the other.

Then you close your eyes and ask your wings to carry you behind the waterfall so you can know its secrets.

Your magic wings obey your wishes and lift you past the pool of water and in between the fall and rock formation.

From behind the waterfall,

You run your hands over the gray-black rocks that are cool and smooth to the touch.

You listen to the rush of water,

A curtain of strength cascading before you.

The wings draw you closer to the waterfall's embrace,

Close enough that you prepare to feel its magic wrap around you.

As you move into the water,

You feel completely comfortable as you absorb the strength embedded in every droplet of water,

Strength that both relaxes and rebirths you.

And as you emerge from the other side,

You turn to face the waterfall once more.

You hover above the turquoise pool,

Catching a glimpse of your face reflecting in the water,

And at that moment you feel the waterfall's strength within,

And know that,

Just like the waterfall,

You too are a masterpiece.

After a few moments,

Your wings deliver you back to your bed and fold up like fans before magically disappearing.

You breathe and then melt into your bed,

Asking in tranquility and strength that you are a vessel for,

Now and forever.

Namaste,

Beautiful.

I love the angelic wings to fly and visit the waterfalls. I lived the freedom to look behind them. I lived them freedom to feel the water, wind, and goodness! So beautiful and invigorating.
