Hello and welcome,

I'm so grateful you're here with me right now.

Close your eyes and settle into your seat and feel the soft hum of the plane beneath you.

You've done everything you needed to do today,

And now there's nothing left to manage,

So just rest.

Take a long,

Slow breath in,

And feel your body expand with air.

Exhale slowly,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Your hands relax,

And your whole body settle down.

Notice the faint vibration under you,

The sound of movement,

Of flight,

Of the world continuing below while you drift quietly above.

You are safe up here,

Supported by skilled hands,

Surrounded by the night.

Take another deep breath in,

And imagine that air washing through you like a wave of soft starlight,

Clearing away the noise of the day,

And then exhale it all out,

The plans,

The thoughts,

All those things that can wait until morning.

Let your breath find its rhythm,

Slow and easy,

In and out,

In and out.

Your body begins to understand it's time to rest,

And the cabin quiets.

You're floating in a peaceful cocoon high above the world.

With each exhale,

Feel your body grow heavier,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Your eyelids,

All melting deeper into the sea.

The hum of the engines becomes a lullaby,

The steady sway of flight rocks you into rest.

If thoughts wander in,

Let them pass through,

Like tiny clouds crossing the sky.

The air feels cooler now,

The lights soften.

Your body is weightless.

You are resting in the arms of the sky.

You are love,

And you can let go.

Breathe in deeply once more,

Filling yourself with serenity,

And breathe out slowly,

Sending peace through your whole body.

Drift into rest.

Let sleep find you between the clouds,

Carrying you softly toward a brand new day.
