And come into your breath,

Let the air clear you and relax you.

Gather your thoughts,

And imagine setting them on the wings of a dove,

And let the dove carry them away,

Leaving you at peace.

Find the sweet spot in your bed,

The spot where your body feels supported,

Comfy and cozy.

Breathe generously into your body and soul,

Into every part of you,

Physically,

Mentally,

And emotionally.

Breathe to feel even more at peace.

Now,

While you're lying in your bed,

Be still,

Be quiet,

And listen to the sounds of the night lulling you to sleep.

Imagine a fan gently turning with a soft hum,

And sending a delicate breeze to you.

Feel the breeze caress you,

Comfort you more,

And then slowly fade away,

And listen as the fan's chorus strums softly in the background.

Now imagine the crickets joining the symphony,

And softly chirping their lullaby,

Only for you from outside.

Their songs are ballads,

Each with different notes,

Soulful and bittersweet,

And each with gentle rhythms that accompany the humming of the fan.

As the dream tunes play,

The night wind joins them,

A soft percussion in the trees,

With each branch and leaf blending their interpretations to the already beautiful music.

They ease you to sleep with their repeated,

Comforting rhythms,

And in the distance,

The gentle murmur of thunder.

A delicate sigh before you sleep,

It plays just for you,
