Good evening beautiful,
Thank you for joining me here tonight.
Nestle beneath your covers and let the day dissolve.
Sink your head gently into the pillow,
As if the sky itself were cradling your thoughts.
Take a slow breath in,
And then a slower breath out.
Let your shoulders drop,
And your hands fall softly beside you.
Feel your belly expand and contract as your breathing rolls in and out,
In and out.
The mind might still be moving,
But your body,
Your breath,
They're here to guide you home.
Imagine a cool breeze drifting across your cheeks,
Fresh and light,
Like it's traveled through mountaintops and meadows just to find you tonight.
The breeze gathers beneath your bed,
Soft as silk,
And as it lifts you just slightly,
You see it forming beneath you,
A cloud canoe,
Long open,
Shaped from the very breath of the sky,
Waiting for you.
You step inside,
And it welcomes you with a hush,
No paddles,
Just breath,
Trust,
And stillness.
The cloud canoe holds you,
And with a gentle push of invisible wind,
You begin to drift,
Further and further,
Higher and higher,
Gliding through soft layers of sky,
A sea of quiet clouds surrounds you,
Each one a whisper,
A lullaby,
A moment of rest made visible.
You pass through a cloud of laughter you once shared,
Then a cloud of worry,
And it all melts with a single breath,
The further you float,
The lighter your chest becomes,
And the more space appears between your thoughts,
Below the world grows smaller,
And above the stars begin to flicker like friendly lanterns,
And here you are,
Between worlds,
On a boat made of the sky,
The wind hums a song,
One that sounds like your name,
And the word peace carried on a breeze,
Your cloud appears,
And as you pass by,
You glance and see yourself,
Rested,
Soft,
And glowing.
You are reminded now,
You are the space,
You are the silence,
The witness,
The sky,
The canoe slows down,
Lowering you onto a thick cottony cloud,
A place to rest,
To be held,
To be home.
You sink gently into its center,
Supported and soothed and still,
Breathe in slowly,
Breathe out slowly,
Let the breeze comb through your mind,
Untangling the knots,
Unwinding the thoughts.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
