Close your eyes,
And take a deep,
Steady breath.
This is your time,
A sacred place to let go,
To release what has been holding you back,
To open yourself to the deep well of creativity within you.
Come into your breath,
And let your awareness fall upon your body.
Become aware of your feet,
Feeling them grow heavy and relaxed.
Feel this softness rise up through your legs,
Releasing any tension held there.
Allowing your legs to settle,
To find stillness.
Let this calmness drift into your hips,
And then your belly,
Allowing every muscle to soften,
To unwind.
Breathe into your chest,
And as you exhale,
Feel your shoulders drop,
Relaxing and releasing.
Let your arms rest gently at your sides,
And your hands open,
Free of any grasping or holding.
Feel the release in your neck and jaw,
Feel your face softening,
And your mind begin to quiet.
Allow every part of you to be here,
Relaxed,
Open to the possibility of peace,
Of freedom,
Of creative flow.
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a tall,
Ancient stone wall.
Its surface is weathered,
Rough,
And seemingly unyielding.
Each stone is a piece of your resistance,
Each one a block.
These are the doubts,
The fears,
The judgments,
The voices that have kept you from your own freedom,
Layered one by one,
Building up over time.
Take a breath,
And look closely at the wall before you.
See it not as something to fight against,
But as something to understand.
These stones have served their purpose,
They've protected you,
They've held parts of you that felt too tender to show,
But now they're ready to be released,
And you are ready to move beyond them.
With each breath,
Feel your hand lift and rest on the wall.
The stones begin to loosen,
The weight of them begins to shift.
One by one,
The stones that held you back are ready to fall away,
Each one revealing a little more of the light,
The spaciousness behind them.
As you exhale,
See the first stone slipping free and falling gently to the ground,
And with it you release a part of your fear,
A part of your hesitation.
Another breath,
And another stone falls away,
Carrying with it the worry of what others might think.
Feel the wall growing smaller,
The light behind it growing brighter.
Each stone releases effortlessly.
Each one an invitation for you to step forward,
To reclaim the space,
The freedom,
The creativity that is yours.
With each stone that falls,
You feel a weight lifting from your spirit.
The blocks are dissolving into the earth,
Returning to the quiet nothingness,
Leaving only an open path,
Free and clear.
Breathe deep,
And step beyond the last of the wall,
Into the vast open space of your creativity.
This is a place without judgment,
Without expectation,
The sanctuary where you are free to create,
To express,
And to be fully you.
Let yourself rest here,
In this boundless space,
Where color and light,
Shapes and sounds flow freely,
Waiting to be expressed without limit or purpose,
Simply for the joy of being felt,
Being seen,
Being alive.
Here,
There is no need to do or achieve,
There's only the joy of feeling,
The simple act of creating,
Not for anyone else,
Not for any other purpose,
But because it fills you,
It nourishes you,
Because it is the deepest language of your soul.
Let yourself settle here,
In this place within you,
A space that has always been and will always be yours.
The blocks have fallen away,
And you are free.
Your creativity will rise and flow in its time.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
