Good evening and welcome,
I'm so grateful you're here with me tonight.
Close your eyes and take a big,
Deep breath to bring you right here,
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself melt into comfort.
Tuck yourself in,
Let your body go slack,
Melt into your mattress,
Let your mind lean back,
Relax your body now,
And follow your breath.
Inhale the quiet,
And exhale the rest.
The day is behind you,
The night is ahead,
Let thoughts drift away as you sink into bed.
Now imagine yourself in a forest so wide,
Where the trees stand tall and the breeze resides.
A path made of moths,
Soft under your feet,
The leaves hum a lullaby,
So tender,
So sweet.
The air is cool with a kiss of pine,
The sun dips low through branches of thyme,
Birdsong is fading as the forest grows dim,
And the sky above begins to swim with stars peeking out from a velvet dome.
You feel the forest calling you home,
A gentle hush fills the green around as night's blanket wraps the entire ground.
You pass by ferns that bow in grace and hush your name in this sacred place.
The trees whisper,
Not in words,
But tone,
A rhythm of quiet that feels like your own.
There's no rush here,
No things to do,
The forest simply holds and welcomes you.
You sit by a brook,
Its water is so clear,
You feel every single worry dissolve and disappear,
The sound of the stream,
The hush of the trees,
The softness of moss,
The warmth of the breeze,
Every part of this place sings you to rest.
With each breath you take,
You feel more blessed,
You find a safe spot near the roots of a tree,
A bed of soft pine,
And you lie down feeling free,
A canopy above and stars shining through,
The night wraps around like a blanket of truth,
The whispering forest loves you to sleep,
Its rhythm is so ancient,
Its silence is so deep,
The trees keep watch,
The earth holds you tight,
And you rest in the arms of this forest tonight.
You don't need to think,
You don't need to try,
The whispering woods will cradle your inside,
So let your body melt,
Let your mind drift and roam in the whispering forest,
You are always home.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
