Bring yourself here, carried by your breath, as it slows down bit by bit. Feel yourself expand, each time you inhale, and notice any conflict. Stay with your breath, as it flows through your nose, see if you can increase its reach. Imagine each breath, is salve for your mind, calm and peace unleash. Open and slow, ease into flow. Expand as you breathe, dissolve it with ease. I know you see red, it fills your whole head, the pressure is too much to hold. Volcanos erupt, when there is too much, it feels like it can’t be controlled.

Bring yourself here,

Carried by your breath as it slows down bit by bit.

Feel yourself expand each time you inhale and just notice any conflict.

Stay with your breath as it flows through your nose.

See if you can increase its reach.

Imagine each breath is salve for your mind.

Calm and peace unleash.

Open and slow,

Ease into flow.

Expand as you breathe,

Dissolve it with ease.

I know you see red.

It fills your whole head.

The pressure is too much to hold.

Volcanoes erupt when there is too much.

It feels like it can't be controlled.

Perhaps you blew up.

Your words were abrupt.

And now you know you need peace because you are clear.

Your anger just needs a release.

Deep and wide,

Let your breath guide.

Softening real slow,

Let the anger go.

Imagine the anger gathering in one place,

A red ball of fire in your chest.

Bring them all here,

The emotions and thoughts that need to be fully expressed.

Now see anger leave.

As you breathe out,

Watch as it rides waves of air.

With each exhale,

Let go.

Release the red fire as you feel this sweet prayer.

Release and resolve.

Let it dissolve.

Inhale deep peace.

Exhale the release.

Your mind is all clear.

Thoughts disappear.

Now you know exactly what to do.

It's okay to feel anger.

The only real danger is when you let it overpower you.

Your body feels light,

No longer in fight.

There's space and tinglings of peace.

Your heart beats real slow because you have let go.

Feel the power of sweet release.

Namaste.

Beautiful.
