Welcome to this breast massage practice.

There are so many incredible benefits to breast massage.

It releases oxytocin,

The feel-good hormone in the body.

It's amazing for healing heartbreak and grief,

Any stagnant energy and emotions that sit in the heart space.

And the Taoists refer to the heart space as the most empowered place in a woman's body.

And so it's really great for returning a woman to her empowerment and power.

So let's begin.

Placing two hands on your breasts and you're going to send some compassionate breath all the way down into your breasts and into your heart space.

One another,

Sending the breath deep inside this place that contains your heart.

And one final breath,

Allowing your felt sense awareness to land inside your breasts,

Heart and nipples.

And now you're going to bring your hands up to your lips and plant gentle kisses on your palms.

And then you're going to plant these onto your breasts.

And you're going to begin this massage by massaging down on the outside of the breast and up on the inside.

You're making circles all around the outer tissue of the breasts and you're tuning into whatever feels right for you today.

Checking in with yourself,

Whether you like the speed,

Whether you like the pressure,

Becoming aware of your breathing,

Inviting soft inhaling and exhaling.

And with the breath,

You're adding an element of gentleness and lusciousness.

You're taking all of the pressure off the breath,

But your breath is also focused.

This invites you to stay with the breath,

Almost like your guide into your body,

Into your breasts.

But there's no pressure or forcing with your breathing.

The breath just becomes your gentle path inside.

It's your path to home without any force or pressure.

Just see if you can stay with the felt sense experience as you massage.

So with presence and gentle inquiry,

What sensations can you feel here?

Sensations can be warm,

Cold,

Soft,

Tingling,

Fizzing,

Expanding,

Contracting,

Numbness.

Yeah,

Even numbness is a sensation.

And you can describe out loud whatever you're experiencing in the felt sense of your heart,

Your breasts and your nipples.

And the invitation is to not feel like you should be feeling anything other than what you are actually feeling and making what you're feeling okay,

Making it enough.

And if you don't feel that much right now,

That's okay too.

Stay with it and know that sensation will increase over time.

As you continue to massage the breasts in this way,

Stay with the felt sense inside of your breasts now.

So rather than just where your hands contact the skin,

Bring your awareness deep inside the breasts.

Allow your breath to anchor you there now.

So your felt sense is inside.

And as we massage in this direction,

This is the direction of release.

So I encourage you to inhale deeply into your heart,

Your chest,

Your breasts,

And to exhale and release anything that doesn't serve you here or that you don't need.

And you can keep going here and let each exhale melt open your breasts,

Open and release from your chest and your heart.

This direction of the massage clears any negativity,

Any stagnant energy,

Feelings of unworthiness,

Grief,

Heartbreak.

So you can release anything of that nature,

Anything at all that you don't want to hold here.

And you can make sighs or other noises if this helps you to let go of anything you're holding,

If that feels right for you.

And you don't even need to know what it is that you're releasing.

Stay with it with the body,

Not going into story.

Only if it feels like heavy energy,

Can you let it go.

And it's okay if you can't right now.

Remember that each release happens in its own sweet time.

And continuing to massage,

Holding or caressing your breasts,

You're going to inhale into your heart,

Into your chest,

And feeling anything that may still be resting here,

Like residue of heartbreak from the past,

Times when your heart has closed,

Times of fear.

And continue to inhale into the heart,

Stroking the breasts,

Gently sounding if that feels right for you,

And exhale,

Liberate this energy.

And now see if you can feel the heart return to its original state,

One that is of love,

Warmth,

Joy,

Awe,

And compassion.

And if you can't right now,

That's okay.

Just begin by feeling a sense of goodness,

Or even just neutrality here in the heart.

Notice as you stay with the felt sense and continue to massage,

What do these sensations feel like?

Are there any changes in the heart space as you hold the intention to return your heart space to its original state?

And now you're going to reverse the direction,

Up on the outside of the breast and down on the inside.

So whereas the other direction was to release,

This direction is to call into the body.

So inhale and feel a building of energy,

Pleasure,

Vitality,

Goodness into your breasts,

Into your chest,

Into your heart.

Add whatever other energy or quality you would most like to feel in this moment.

What word comes to you?

And as you whisper this word,

And as you massage,

Feel the quality of that energy,

Of that word,

Filling up your chest,

Breasts,

Nipples.

So stay connected to your breathing here.

Your soft inhale and exhale.

And now you're going to hold the breasts firmly and you're going to lightly shake them up and down while moving the hands to all different parts of the breasts.

And as you do smile and enjoy the playfulness and joy of the shake,

Feel the sensations here and open to love and softness inside of your breasts,

Inside of your heart.

And now you're going to cup the breasts.

And I invite you to whisper some really beautiful compliments to your breasts and into your heart.

Really allow yourself to fully receive these compliments from you to you directly into your heart space.

And now coming into stillness,

You can keep your hands gently rested on your breasts,

Or laying them gently by your sides.

Come into complete stillness.

You can give yourself a loving hug.

You can roll over and curl up in a ball to one side.

But just allow a gentle minute or two to integrate this experience for yourself.

This practice is now complete.
