Good morning!
Welcome to this practice.
You can still stay laying in your bed or you can take a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to be soft and relaxed,
Closing your eyes when you're ready,
Bringing your attention inwards.
I invite you to start taking deep breaths all the way down into your belly,
Noticing the movement of your body while you're breathing,
Softening and relaxing while taking deep conscious breaths in and out through your nose,
Allowing fresh oxygen to enter your body and release whatever residue is there after your sleep.
And let's take several intentional breaths to invite emotion,
Sensations,
Experiences into our day,
Into our life that we desire.
Taking a deep breath in and inviting love into your body,
Into your lungs and then releasing whatever is not in alignment with it.
Taking another deep breath and inviting joy and releasing whatever is not in alignment with it.
Taking a deep breath,
Inviting peace and release whatever is not in alignment with it.
Breathing in abundance and release whatever is not in alignment with it.
Breathing in inspiration and releasing whatever is not in alignment with it.
And taking several more deep breaths,
Inviting whatever you want to call,
Whatever you desire,
Whatever resonates and then releasing whatever is not in alignment with it.
And I invite you to set intention for this day,
What you would love to experience,
What you would love to encounter,
What you would love to happen,
What you would love it to be filled with.
Taking a moment to feel into how you would like your day to unfold.
And staying a bit longer in this space,
Allowing whatever emotions you invited into your body to circulate throughout it.
Staying in the energy of your intentions for the day.
Taking deep gentle breaths into your body,
Not letting go of your breath.
Noticing its natural movement,
Staying so present with your emotions,
Sensations and taking this time to reconnect with yourself,
With your body.
To start your day in a beautiful and conscious way.
And it's time for you to return back,
Being slow and gentle,
Moving your toes and fingers,
Stretching,
Opening your eyes when you're ready.
