This practice is created to support you to move through heavy emotions,
Whatever that is a feeling of pain,
Grief,
Anger,
Envy,
Feeling lost and stuck,
Anything anything is welcomed in this space.
And right from the beginning I want to tell you that whatever you are experiencing is totally valid.
There are no wrong and right emotions.
There are no ugly emotions.
Everything is valid,
Everything is welcomed here and everything has right to exist.
So having that said,
Take a comfortable seat or lay down,
Being very comfortable creating this safe space for yourself to journey inward,
Closing your eyes as you are ready.
And let's take several deep beautiful breaths,
Bringing the air all the way down into your belly,
Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.
So take a deep breath in and just let go,
Elongating your exhale every time,
Another breath in,
Even longer exhale out,
Relaxing your body,
Allowing the softness,
The rest to come through.
Take another deep breath in and even longer exhale,
Allowing this big beautiful exhale to wash your body over,
Sending this wave of relaxation from the top of your head all the way down to your toes.
Another deep breath in and let go.
And if you are ready,
Bring your attention inward.
I want you to scan your body and see where you feel some heaviness in your body,
Physical part of your body or it can be a little bit outside of your body where you can feel heaviness,
Tension,
Contraction,
Some discomfort,
Whatever that could be.
Bring your attention into that space,
Go with the first thing that comes up into your awareness.
There is no wrong or right way of doing it,
Just follow your intuition.
Maybe it's in your belly,
In your shoulders,
Your left leg,
Any place.
Allow yourself to see that place where that heaviness is.
And as you bring your attention to that space,
Give it a shape,
Give it a texture,
Giving it a way to present itself and you can give it a shape,
A circle or square or it can be any object,
Pen,
Clock,
Anything.
You can also see if there is any texture to it.
Finding a way how that sensation,
That emotion can present itself.
So as you can see it in your mind's eye,
You can feel it in a specific part of your body,
It's time now to bring your attention in.
So going into that emotion,
Into that sensation,
Letting go of any resistance,
Any judgment.
It's here for you to see it,
To experience it and as you allow it fully to be expressed,
It instantly starts releasing and moving out of your system.
This is the key for transmutation,
Being fully present with that sensation,
With your beautiful awareness and allowing the energy to move.
And as you do so,
Take deep breaths.
It is very helpful to breathe in and through those spaces.
It really helps the energy to move and knowing that whatever your experiencing is okay,
You're totally safe here and all of your experiences are valid.
So go in and allow yourself to see what is there,
To feel what is there.
Letting go of any judgment,
Resistance.
If you are experiencing judgment or resistance,
Be present with it and allow that also to be released,
Knowing that it is so important to feel our feelings.
This is the only way for the energy to move through,
Otherwise it gets stuck and we constantly encounter repeating patterns over and over.
So this is your chance,
Your opportunity to release this energy once and for all.
Whatever you release in this moment is gone and it will not return back.
So being brave and going in and allowing all of that to be seen.
Know that it's okay anything you're experiencing and you are being brave for going through a process like this.
Because not every single person is ready for that and it tells me so much about you.
So knowing that what you are doing now is so important and human experience can be intense.
So allowing fullness of that experience,
Knowing that it's okay.
Whatever you're experiencing and feeling in this moment,
Everyone else on this planet has experienced it.
So knowing that you are not alone in this process,
You can lean on my voice,
Knowing that I'm here to support you and that it's okay as the energy moves through you.
It's getting released and that is the way for freedom.
On the other side of this experience you will feel peace.
Peace that we are learning so deeply.
Knowing that you are on the journey,
On path to that inner peace and noticing if you're feeling sensations that are changing or maybe it's shifting position,
Being fully present and following the unfolding,
Breathing in and out through that space.
Allowing the background sounds to wash over you and help you,
Assist you in this process and noticing if anything else is needed from your side.
If your body wants to move,
Allow it to move.
If it wants to cry or shake or yawn or anything,
There could be many different things that your body wants to do to support this process.
So allow it,
Don't hold yourself back and notice if you want to change a position or you want to hold yourself in your arms,
Creating this safe space for yourself and for your experience.
What can you do to make yourself to feel safer,
To feel held,
Supported?
Is there anything that would support you with that?
Following your own intuition,
Your own guidance,
Whatever it tells you and connecting back to the sensations and feelings.
And if you feel like the first sensation that you have connected to is released and you do not sense it anymore,
You can do the same process to connect to another part of self.
So going again back to scanning your body and sensing if there is any heaviness,
Tension,
Contraction,
Anything that you feel physically happening in your body.
And as you locate that,
Giving that sensation a shape,
A form,
Texture,
Whatever supports you in this moment.
And as you're already going in,
Going right in,
Knowing that it's okay,
That everything will be fine,
That you're okay.
You are safe to experience it now,
Otherwise it wouldn't come up.
Because whatever is there,
You're ready to face it.
It's time for you to see it.
It's time for you to let go of the past traumas,
Woundings.
It is time for you to move on.
And this is a process that leads you to freedom,
To peace.
So being brave and going in and feeling it fully,
Allowing your body to move,
To cry,
To sound,
Anything that is supportive in this moment.
And taking deep breaths in and out,
Knowing that whatever is gone,
Will be gone.
And you will create more space for more love,
And joy,
Excitement in your life.
Bringing your awareness gently to the sensations and emotions.
And that's what it takes.
The healing happens,
You just need to be present.
And just notice how with each breath,
There is less and less of this energy present in your body.
Your body gets softer,
More relaxed,
There is more ease.
And all the things that do not serve you any longer,
They're so effortlessly released.
If you're still in the process of releasing,
You can pause this track or you can repeat it again.
And if you are ready to continue with your day,
I invite you to take several deep breaths,
Imagining as this wave of cleansing energy is moving from the top of your head,
All the way through your body,
And through your feet,
Releasing and letting go.
So take a deep breath in,
And send this wave breathing through your feet,
Letting go,
Relaxing.
Take another deep breath in,
And send this wave of relaxation,
Breathing out through your feet.
Another deep breath in,
And breathe out through your feet,
Letting go completely.
Noticing how you feel now,
And taking time to return back to your physical space,
Moving your toes and fingers.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes,
Coming back to your space,
Being very gentle with yourself.
