
7 Minute Self- Kindness Guided Meditation For Kids 3-6

7 minute guided mindfulness for young children 3-6 years old. Can work at home or in a classroom. Practices self kindness first, as when we are kind to ourselves - we are kind to others. Utilizes imagery of a butterfly. When done regularly this can help combat any negative self talk that children can develop. Refers to chest and stomach so it would be helpful to know where they are in their bodies before beginning.
