Visualize a warm,
Soothing light entering your chest.
Visualize it entering your chest with every inhale,
And imagine it gradually melting away any tension,
Any discomfort you might be feeling right now.
Now shift your focus to your breath.
Feel the coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.
Imagine that with each breath,
You are inhaling calmness,
And you are exhaling any worries or anxious thoughts.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring awareness to the present moment.
Notice the sensation of your body against the surface you're resting on.
Feel the weight of your body being supported.
Allow yourself to fully let go and surrender to the present moment.
If your mind starts to wander or anxious thoughts arise,
Acknowledge them without judgment and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Remember that it's natural for the thoughts to come and go.
Simply observe them and let them pass,
Like clouds in the sky.
