Hello,
Welcome to a Kundalini meditation for healing.
Kundalini,
A Sanskrit term meaning coiled,
This meditation awakens.
Kundalini has the power to fully awaken your potential for awareness.
It's an energy.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,
With your legs crossed and your hands resting on your knees,
Palms facing up,
Your legs crossed,
Your back straight,
Making space for the flow that you're awakening in you now.
Close your eyes if it's comfortable for you,
And start taking deeper and deeper breaths,
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth.
With each exhale,
Let go,
And let go of any tension,
Any stress you may be holding in your body.
If this is difficult right now,
Even set the intention that you will let go of the tension and stress you are holding in your body.
Place your hands on your lower belly,
Just below your navel.
Keeping your hands there,
Take a few breaths,
Feel your belly rise and fall,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Visualize now a warm,
Glowing light at the base of your spine,
A sphere of light,
A glowing light.
This is your Kundalini energy,
A life force that runs through your body.
As you inhale,
Imagine this light slowly rising up through your spine.
Imagine this light,
This warm light,
Bringing itself up through your spine,
Filling your body with healing energy.
As the light reaches each chakra,
Imagine it clearing out any blockages or negativity that may be present.
Visualize each chakra opening,
And as the chakra opens,
See it spinning freely,
Allowing energy to flow through your body.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine the light moving up through your body,
Healing,
Rejuvenating every part of you.
If you come into some places that feel blocked more than others,
Keep the energy there for a few more moments.
Let the warmth,
Let the light dissolve that block.
That block.
Nothing forced,
Gentle ease.
When you reach the crown of your head,
Pause for a moment,
And now imagine the light radiating out from your body,
And filling the room with healing energy.
Soak in the feeling of peace and healing.
Notice how your breath has become deeper and deeper with ease.
You have expanded into light.
When you're ready,
You may slowly open your eyes if they are closed,
And take a moment to appreciate positive energy you have created within yourself.
