My name is Karen Voss.

Welcome to this guided Pink Full Moon Meditation.

In this meditation,

You will experience a deep transformative experience using the energy of the Pink Full Moon.

You are gifting yourself insight into your own personal magic.

This is a time for you.

This is a guided Pink Full Moon Meditation.

As we begin,

Allow yourself to be comfortable wherever you are.

Let's start by taking some deep breaths in and releasing your breath,

Knowing that in each inhale,

You are breathing in relaxation and on each exhale,

Releasing tension and inviting more relaxation,

Clarity,

And peace within you.

Each breath is a gift to your body.

Each breath softens your need for answers and opens your heart to feel into what your inner wisdom is telling you.

You may wish to breathe in and hold for four counts.

And then release for four counts.

Breathing in one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Holding one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

And exhaling one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing while breathing is a wonderful way to distract the mind and bring your focus into the present.

As you come deeper into your awareness and into your body,

Allowing yourself to relax,

Allowing your mind to slip to the back,

Noticing now any thoughts,

Feelings,

Or emotions that arise,

Allowing them to be.

This is important and fun work right now.

The pink full moon energy is a creative force that stirs things up.

It is the energy of mystery.

When you sit in this energy or call it forward,

You open yourself to what is hidden,

Your inner self,

Your desires,

And your fears.

The pink full moon is divine energy and sparkles with a powerful illuminating beauty.

The pink full moon reaches into your soul and shines a light for you,

Heightening your emotions,

Your desires,

And your feelings.

What comes forward is real,

Is part of your authentic self.

Let your breath deepen.

Let it take you into this moment,

The present.

Visualize yourself releasing tension and stress with every exhale.

Breathe in deeply and exhale.

See yourself becoming more relaxed,

More at peace.

You can feel the essence of a good mystery coming forward.

Close your eyes if that is comfortable for you.

As you breathe,

Picture yourself walking on a path along a cliff's edge.

The stars are bright and your path is well lit.

You can feel the moon's reflection on the water crashing in and releasing on the banks below.

As you walk,

You notice there are flowers glowing along your path.

These are pink wildflowers that bloom at this time of year.

Pink,

The pink moon energy is not for a moon that is actually pink.

You smile to yourself.

It is for the energy of the moon in spring,

The moon in the season of renewal.

You feel a comforting breeze wrap around your body and you feel your senses come alive.

The brush of your clothes against your skin,

The feeling of the breeze lifting your hair gently.

Pink,

The color of universal love.

Love of self and love of others.

The connection that flows between opening your heart to self-love and your depth of love.

Your willingness to feel and give love to others.

Pink,

Friendship,

Inner peace,

Well-being.

This is the frequency you are bringing forward into yourself right now.

You are so tempted to sit among these flowers and to look out at the water,

The moon shining on you.

As you rest your body here,

You find yourself in a place that is so comfortable,

So peaceful.

The moon is illuminating the water,

This space,

This night.

You let the energy of the pink wildflowers and the light of the moon flow over you,

Around you,

To cover you like soft blankets holding you now.

Your mind begins to open.

You ask yourself pink moon questions that you are open to feeling into the answers.

How do I see myself?

Feel into that question.

Do I openly express love to others?

Where do I find peace?

Do I allow all of my emotions to flow openly within me?

Let the divine light shine the answers on you.

This is where your confidence and wisdom live.

You in your fullness are vibrant,

Magnificent,

Sexy.

You are everything.

Do you let the fullness shine in your friendships?

Do you,

Authentic you,

Get to show up in life?

Sit here in the fullness of your life,

In all the gratitude for all your blessings.

This pink full moon meditation has brought you into the light.

It has connected you with the earth,

Partnered your spirit with the pink wildflowers growing in this time of birth.

Renewal.

Awakened life.

Let yourself deeply relax here.

Is there anything you want to release here?

This is the energy of renewal.

Planting new seeds.

Can you release what you do not have space for in your awakened state?

Forgive and accept forgiveness.

Rest in an open place.

Slip into a deep sleep of truth and fullness.

Feel this pink moon energy all around you.

Let yourself take it into your dreams,

To dream with an open heart.

Feel peace,

Calm,

And happiness filling you right up to the top of your head.

This is your deep sleep meditation.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You can feel your soft sheets,

The blankets,

The pillow that is supporting your head.

Your body will continue to relax,

Preparing for a deep rest tonight.

I am going to count down from ten,

Letting your body and mind be carried away in this wonderful energy of the pink full moon.

Ten.

Breathing.

Inhaling.

And exhaling.

Resting.

Your body is so comfortable.

You can feel yourself pleasantly drifting.

You are calm.

You are relaxed.

You are ready for a deep sleep.

Nine.

Softly focus on the number nine.

Take a deep breath,

And let it all go.

Eight.

Sense how relaxed your whole body is.

Your bed is so comfortable and warm,

And inviting you to fall asleep safely.

Yes,

Let go.

Rest is awaiting you.

Seven.

You are feeling more and more relaxed.

You are looking forward to a nice,

Deep sleep.

You look forward to the dreams you will have tonight.

Six.

Your mind is starting to find a place of stillness.

Positive thoughts are filling your head.

Five.

You are drifting now.

Feel how heavy your body feels against the bed.

Your mind is ready to rest for a while.

Your body is ready to take a break.

Four.

You are safe.

You are comfortable and drifting off.

So calm.

So ready for sleep.

Three.

So relaxed.

So happy.

So relaxed.

Two.

Heavy.

Calm.

Relaxed.

One.

Breathe softly.

Breathe in the pink energy.

You are ready to drift off and float away into dreamland.

Feel how heavy your eyelids feel.

Your body is warm and safe in bed.

And you are drifting.

Drifting into good dreams and feeling so good as you rest.

Drifting.

Drifting.

Let my voice fade into the night.

Sleep.

Sleep.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into this sleep.

You are safe here.

You know you can rest here.
