Your breath is always with you. It is always accessible and always effective at bringing you back into the body and calming and grounding you, quickly, easily and naturally. This simple practice requires no specific breath pattern or work, it is simply a dropping into the body by observing and placing attention and awareness on your breath. Join me for a few minutes to simply notice and be with your breath. This is a practice you can take with you so that you can do it without the video, anytime, anywhere. It is highly effective at quickly calming, settling and regulating the nervous system and giving your brain something to focus on to stop spiraling or overthinking.
