This offering is intended to allow you to remember and receive healing, Reiki, universal energy, divine light. It floods your body and being with light and love and healing. Lie or sit back, relax and receive what is already within you, always available to you and flowing to and through you for the highest and greatest good.

This offering is intended to reconnect, Remind, Remember the Reiki, The healing energy already within and part of you, Always available, Always part of you, Always part of everything. There's nothing for you to do except receive, Remember, Connect, All. So once you're comfortable, Just focus firstly on the part of your body just below your belly button, A couple of inches below the belly button, And just imagine, Feel, Sense or know a pool of healing light or energy or Reiki, Whatever resonates with you, And as we call in the Reiki, Know that it's already within, Always there, And just feel the sensations in that place, Just beneath the belly button, And then I'm going to guide you through just receiving, Renewing, Remembering, To flood your whole body and your whole being with healing energy or Reiki. So firstly, Just imagine, Sense, Know or feel a healing light or golden rays, Liquid love, Warmth, Whatever resonates most with you, And just feel that first coming in, Pouring in from above your head, Pouring in, Pouring in, Pouring in, Golden, White, Whatever most speaks to you, Helps you to remember the infinite healing energy, Infinite resourcing, Always available, And just notice that flooding in, Pouring in, Pouring in from above your head, From the universe, The sky, Source energy, The highest, Wisest, Truest self, Whatever it is that resonates most with you, Whether it's Reiki or something else, Whether it's Buddha nature or God or the divine, Or just universal energy, Pouring in through the top of your head, And allow that to enter through your crown chakra or just through the top of your head, Pouring down into your head, Flooding your brain, Your head, Your face, With golden or white, Or perhaps it's red, Anything that just feels right. It's pouring in, Lighting up, Flooding through your entire face, Head, Brain, Eyes, Ears, Mouth, Feel that light, That liquid love, That energy, And feel any sensations or no sensations still happening perfectly. And just feel that golden Reiki light healing, Just pouring down from your head into your neck, Lighting up, Warming, Soothing, Healing, And from your neck into your shoulders, Arms, Golden, Healing, Perhaps noticing sensations tingling, Cooling, Warming, Just pouring in down your arms and pouring in down your back and your torso, Chest, And just feel that golden healing, Liquid love, Source, Energy, Reiki, Light, Just soaking in, Permeating every part of you, Allowing it to soak in, To just flood your body and your being with healing, Healing, Healing, Energizing, Knowing that Reiki or energy will go to all the parts that need it, With the intention the highest and greatest good. Flooding down your hips, Pelvis, And down your legs, Through each of your legs, Just permeating every part of your legs, Every muscle, Nerve, Fiber, And into your feet. And now have a sense of that healing energy as it's covered your entire body and being, And sending it down, Down, Down, Down, Down, From your feet, Down into the ground, Into the earth beneath, Into the roots, Down, Down, Down, Into the crystalline core of the earth. Allow that energy to just flow through your entire body and being, Pouring in from above and simultaneously pulling up from the roots of the earth, From the center of the earth, And feel that energy, Reiki, The golden light, Universal love, Light, Source, Whatever resonates with you. So, Just feel it circulating, Moving through your central channel, Through your chakras, Energy centers, Just feel, Know, Sense, Or imagine, Soaking into every part of you, Soaking in, Moving through, Radiating, And this luminosity filling up every pore of your being, The inner you, The outer you, Every part of you, And just allow that energy to circulate, Move, And soak in, Marinate in every nerve, Cell, Fiber, Organ, Tissue, Through your bloodstream, Through every part of you, Flowing, Flowing, Flowing, Receiving, Receiving, Receiving, Just traveling to every part of you, Soaking in and soaking through, Sprinkling seeds of healing, Nourishing, Nurturing, And healing.
