Welcome to section six,
Tapping and acceptance meditation.
Begin by taking your first point wherever you choose to tap first.
Begin with a light tap.
Try to keep this rhythm steady.
Even though I have these beliefs that are untrue,
I love and accept myself unconditionally.
Move your tapping to another point of your body for each mantra.
After I finish one,
You may begin tapping on the next point.
Even though I have held beliefs about myself that are hurtful,
I fully love,
Acknowledge and accept myself.
Even though I struggle with resistance,
I fully love and accept myself.
I have held these beliefs because I feel better when I feel like I have control.
Even though these habits do not help me keep control,
I have kept them.
They make me feel safe and I have chosen these habits.
Even though these habits have not been helpful to me,
I fully love and accept myself.
My thoughts are not my own,
They are not me,
Some of them are not even true.
I have held them and I still love and accept myself.
Holding habits and thoughts and emotions that I can count on feels good.
It makes me feel safe.
I understand that I can let go of these things and that they no longer serve me.
I am choosing to move forward.
I'm going to allow myself to play with new thoughts and new emotions.
I am safe and I can choose these things.
Holding on to emotions and thoughts that do not serve me is not control and it does not help.
I choose to surrender these now.
I can surrender these.
Even though it has made me feel secure,
It has not made me feel good.
I choose to feel good now.
I choose to work with the universe.
I choose to step into my power.
I choose to acknowledge my power.
I choose to see that I have had the power all along.
I had the power to live as I was choosing and I have the power to choose how I will live from here on.
I choose to fully let go and surrender these beliefs,
These thought habits,
These emotional places that do not serve me.
I surrender what does not serve me and I move into a new way of being.
I choose this now.
Take a deep breath in now and hold and exhale completely.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes to the room.
