Use your breath to come fully present in this moment. Allowing yourself time to get anchored and secure. Avoiding our pain causes it to fester and grow, transforming temporary distress into long term suffering. Allow yourself to fully feel the pain, the grief, the betrayal, no need to analyze or judge what is coming up for you. As we invite the fire of transformation into our mind, our heart and our body. Tapping into the Japanese tradition of Kintsugi, where we celebrate the cracks, our brokenness. Finally slow the breath down again, bringing our nervous system back into regulation once more.
