Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this soul cleansing,

Purifying and activation,

Transcendental guided meditation.

Today's journey is going to be one that will change your entire life.

To fully reconnect to the truth of who you are means that everything you experience in life you know to be perfect and divine.

So just taking a moment to settle in,

To tune in and to connect to the breath.

As we accept everything that has been,

To create the space for what is yet to be enjoyed.

As you go ahead and take a deep cleansing and mindful breath in through your nose,

Releasing,

Surrendering and returning back to whence it came as you breathe back out through your mouth.

Breathing in through your nose for the count of 4.

Holding at the top of the breath for 4 before releasing back out through your mouth for the count of 4 and holding at the bottom of the breath for 4 before repeating that beautiful flow in through the nose.

Hold.

Out through the mouth.

Hold.

In through the nose.

Hold.

And out through the mouth.

Hold.

And just go ahead and continue with that beautiful flow.

And as you do,

Go ahead and clear your mind of all thoughts,

All desires and all expectations.

Know that this journey is unique and specifically designed and created for you.

That your soul is calling,

Is beckoning to you,

For you to reconnect back to and to live in full alignment and harmony with.

So go ahead and just allow as your breath returns to its natural rhythm and as you listen to the sound of my voice,

The music in the background and any other sounds or sensations around you,

With each noise,

With each moment,

With each vibration,

Just allow yourself to enter into a more deep and relaxed state than ever before.

And you may find that as you listen to my voice,

As we count down from 10 to 1,

That with each number,

With each step down,

As we journey into a deeper level of consciousness,

That you just allow for yourself to become deeper and deeper into that relaxed state of being.

Knowing that you are grounded,

Protected and divinely guided in all you do.

Go ahead,

If you will,

Dear one,

And join me as we venture into a depth of awareness,

A level of consciousness where we can connect to the soul as well as the mind and body,

Integrating all these aspects of the self into the single self,

Into you.

So as you continue to effortlessly and naturally accept and surrender that breath once again,

Go ahead and allow yourself to feel more and more relaxed as we go from 10 to 9 and 8,

Becoming more open and receptive,

More grounded and connected than ever before.

And from 7 to 6 and 5,

Feeling more revitalised,

More alive,

Knowing that you are divinely guided and protected in all you do.

And 4,

Know that everything in this journey is to be enjoyed simply for the experience of it,

Being enjoyed,

Experienced and created by you.

And as we take those last steps into the very depths of your awareness,

Into the deepest levels of your consciousness,

Just allow as we go down,

1 and 0,

Plunging into the very depth of awareness,

The deepest area of consciousness.

And as you look around in this void,

You realise that although it appears that there is nothing here,

There is also everything,

That you are everything as well as nothing.

The most important being that has or ever shall exist as well is being meaningless.

This beautiful realisation provides a feeling of freedom and liberation.

And as you go ahead and actually take a moment to look upon yourself,

You notice that your physical form has dissolved and that before your eyes there is a being of shiny and shimmery golden white light,

The light body that you are able to be fully and completely experienced.

Your soul embodied and actualised in completion.

And as you look down at yourself,

You may notice a few areas that are darker in colour,

Heavier in nature,

Denser in vibration,

And it is these areas that we are going to purify,

To clean,

To cleanse and to realign you with the truth of who you are and the unlimited potential that resides within.

And as you go ahead and just gaze up to the heavens above,

As you raise your awareness and focus your light of attention upon the skies above,

Just go ahead and gaze upon the sun,

That beautiful,

Mighty,

Majestical being of golden white light as it shines its love,

Appreciation and everything that we require for life in completion,

As you bask in the glory and beauty of that sunlight.

It feels almost as though you are looking at yourself,

There is a connection,

A remembering deep within.

And knowing and looking down upon yourself once again,

Knowing that you are a being of light yourself,

Just like that beautiful and mighty sun.

Just go ahead and allow as you begin to actually float towards that mighty and majestical object,

That ball of burning gas that provides life to countless beings upon this planet.

Being magnetically or gravitationally attracted to it,

Just go ahead and allow yourself to float up into the air,

Way up,

Up,

Up,

All the way up into the air,

Towards the outer reaches of our atmosphere and out into space.

And as you begin to travel towards the sun,

Almost as though you are being called back home,

Back home to yourself,

Connecting to everything else.

Just notice that although you are approaching the sun faster and faster with every moment,

That the sun is not actually increasing in size.

And the size of the sun,

As you are becoming closer and closer still to it,

Remains the same.

And with each moment,

With each thought,

With each experience,

You increase your speed of connection twofold.

And as you begin to approach the edge of the sun and come to a stop before it,

As you look upon it,

You notice that actually you can hold it in the palm of your hand quite comfortably.

And as you look upon that beautiful,

Mighty and majestic celestial being,

The sun that provides life to countless beings,

It's clear to see that the light of our sun pales in significance to the light that you are,

And that the light within you shines brighter than even a thousand suns,

A million.

As you go ahead and take that sun in your hand and place it into your chest,

Into your heart center,

You feel as every fiber of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

As you integrate that beautiful energy,

That frequency,

That vitality and watch as it permeates and pulsates around your entire being with that shimmery golden white light filtrating through you,

Trickling down you,

Filling your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips and buttocks,

Your lower body,

Your chest,

Your upper body,

Shoulders and back,

Up your neck,

Up your head and back out of your crown and as you breathe out,

You breathe out that beautiful golden white light.

And as you gaze into the distance,

That countless,

Countless stars,

Go ahead and focus your attention upon the next star that you would like to travel towards,

Knowing that when you reach it,

You will embody it,

As you are the entire universe itself in completion and knowing that the light within you shines brighter than a million stars.

All we are doing is reconnecting to this truth,

Activating your true potential and ability to live a life of true upliftment,

Positivity,

Passion and joy.

And as you continue to increase your speed of connection and liberation,

Remembrance and with that beautiful vital life force energy flowing through you to everyone around you,

With each star that you bring into you and embody and reconnect to,

Go ahead and increase the speed of connection twofold.

Having embodied that first star,

Now go ahead and breathe in and fully integrate the second.

Where one there was two and now two will become four.

Four turns into eight.

Each time you double up,

Sixteen,

Thirty-two,

Sixty-four,

One hundred and twenty-eight,

Two hundred and fifty-six,

Five hundred and twelve,

One thousand and twenty-four.

Brighter than a thousand suns now,

You know the light within you is brighter than even a thousand suns and continue to double up effortlessly,

Easily,

Without any thought,

Care or wondering as to how or where.

Go ahead and just allow as you continue to embody each and every sun within the entire universe until you have embodied and adopted the truth of who you are.

Integrating this beautiful light,

The light of unconditional love into every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

Doing so across every lifetime,

Timeline,

Dimension and reality.

You are the entire universe embodied,

Vibrating in harmony,

Shining beautifully.

Go ahead and take as long or as short as you require to finish embodying the entire universe in completion,

Knowing that you are fully connected,

Guided,

Supported and protected in all you do.

And when you are ready,

And only when you are ready,

To live in alignment with this truth,

The truth that you are the universe embodied,

In perfection,

Experiencing itself in completion.

When you are ready to return this truth back to the physical realm,

Back to your physical body and infuse this concept,

This belief,

This knowledge into everything that you do,

Only then do I ask that you start to journey back,

Back down to the earthly realm,

As you float and drift and bubble all the way back down to the earthly realm,

Back into your physical body and as you do notice that everything feels different,

That that energy that surges around you feels fresh,

Vibrant,

Uplifting and exciting.

With that body of gold and white light that you are,

Having the thinnest layer of skin wrapped back around it to create your physical structure.

Whenever,

However and wherever you are ready to come back round to full consciousness,

Complete awareness,

Feeling energised,

Revitalised and actualised,

When you open your eyes,

Notice how everything has changed,

Everything seems brighter and lighter,

More exciting and full of love,

That your hands are glowing and that the smile on your face is showing how beautiful life can be when we embody and live in alignment and harmony with the truth of who we are.

Unconditional love embodied.

And coming back round into full realisation,

I would like for you to take a moment of appreciation,

To reflect back to yourself how grateful you are for everything you've experienced thus far and for having just taken this journey,

This life changing journey.

Your life is yours to create and now you have fully and completely connected back to the truth of who you are with your soul existing,
