Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this fear removal guided meditation.

Any time that you experience any form of dis-ease within the body,

Be it physical or mental,

It is caused through a limitation or restriction of the flow of natural energy that you are.

If you place a dam in a river,

It affects all life forms in all areas of that river.

The area before the dam floods,

Creating chaos and destruction,

And the area further down the river dries out,

Becoming lifeless,

Brittle and dry.

Any time that you hold on to any form of limitation,

Any form of negativity,

Anything which is not true to who you are,

It will create a physical manifestation to represent the energetic embodiment.

It is time to release,

Time to surrender,

Time to return to that natural and effortless state of flow.

Even a very large and heavy object,

When placed within the river,

Will flow effortlessly along it,

Along the path that the river takes naturally,

Twisting and turning.

Only by trying to control the direction of flow,

By trying to create straight lines,

When a round or more spherical shape is required,

Only through trying to control and manipulate those around you,

Do you become frustrated and affected by them.

Fish swim in the sea,

And monkeys climb trees.

If you were to get upset at a monkey for climbing a tree,

Or expect the fish to climb the tree,

Then either way you are only frustrating yourself.

So I thank you for taking this moment of now,

For dedicating this time to yourself,

And for joining me as we tune in to tune out,

And enjoy this adventure we call life together,

One breath at a time.

Please go ahead and make yourself comfortable,

And be ready to experience a journey like never before.

This inner journey,

This transcendental and transformational guided meditation,

Will remove any and all blockages that hinder you,

Or prevent you from living as your truest and greatest self.

I will take a moment to centre,

And ask that you do the same.

Find a comfortable seated position,

And know that the other side,

When this journey is complete,

That you will be free from all forms of dis-ease within the body.

Mind,

Body and soul.

All I ask in return,

Is that you pass this beautiful information on to those around you.

Even something as simple as sharing a smile,

Can enrich the lives of those that receive it,

Allowing them to pass it on again to those around,

Until we create a ripple effect that spans the entire globe.

So take a moment just to tune in to yourself,

To tune in to the breath,

With the rise,

And the fall,

As you inhale,

And exhale once again,

Breathing in that clean,

Pure,

Pranic life force energy.

And as you breathe out,

Breathing out anything and everything that no longer serves you.

So go ahead,

And as you continue to focus inwards,

Focusing on that beautiful breath,

That brings with it the gift of life,

Tune in to the sound and the frequency of my voice,

And just allow as you surrender.

Surrender the desire to do,

To be,

Or to achieve anything other than that which you are doing,

Being and achieving in this moment of now.

And with the next breath in,

As you breathe in,

As we count down,

Before we raise up,

As you allow yourself to settle and drift further and deeper down still.

And with each and every sound that you hear,

The noise of my voice,

The music in the background,

And any internal or external chatter or noise around you,

Simply allow as you enter into an even deeper and more relaxed state of being than ever before.

Eight to seven,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed,

And as you go from seven to six,

Allow for your doing for your conscious mind to become the watcher,

The observer,

To learn from everything that is taking place by remaining disattached from it.

Four to three,

To two,

Every word that I speak,

You hear vibrationally and know to be true.

Allow yourself to have all of the focus and attention upon this journey,

To ensure that you receive and integrate all of the beneficial information from it,

Whilst remaining incredibly calm,

Centred in yourself and grounded in this present moment.

Fear is one of the most funny of frequencies that we are able to experience,

And one that has been adopted by humanity throughout history.

And I would like for you to bring to mind a staircase,

A staircase that goes up and up,

From the ground floor all the way up to the heavenly realms above.

And next to this staircase there is an elevator,

So you have a choice,

To walk up the stairs,

That will take more time and energy,

Or simply to allow for the journey to be enjoyed to the utmost of your potential and ability,

By pressing the button,

Watching as the doors open and stepping inside the lift.

And let us imagine for a moment that ground floor is point zero,

Consciousness that is available to us all within the human form,

Without any inner or outer journeying required.

From that level,

The viewpoint is quite limited,

And there is a lot of noise,

A lot of hustle and bustle,

A lot of people scrambling for place,

Position,

Simply to be seen and to be heard.

And allow us for a moment to just bring into the imagination that this building has one hundred floors,

And I ask that you choose a floor to travel to now,

One that is numbered between thirty-five and sixty,

And whatever number that comes to mind,

Bringing to mind now if you have not yet done so.

Press the button in the elevator,

And ascend to that viewpoint,

To that frequency,

To that level of existence now.

And watch as the doors glide open effortlessly,

And as you step out into a large expansive scenery,

Full of vitality,

Life,

Optimism,

A feeling of timelessness and abundance,

Which is yours to embody.

And as you step out and smell,

Breathing in that beautiful pranic life force energy,

You can feel within every fibre of your being,

That life is different from this viewpoint,

Different from this level,

From this frequency.

Take a moment just to listen to the noises that are around you,

As well as that that is inside you.

And if you walk now to the edge of the room,

And gaze out of the window,

You can see the scenery around you,

The wide expansive landscape that stretches as far as the eye can see.

From the ground floor,

Your viewpoint was limited,

From this level,

You can see for miles around you,

And in doing so you have the opportunity and information to make a more rational and beneficial decision over anywhere that you go,

And over anything that you do.

And I would like for you to know,

To cement in place,

To lock in,

Within every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between,

Doing so across every lifetime,

Timeline,

Dimension and reality.

Lock in place now,

Secure it and fasten it down,

The truth that this is your ground zero.

That there is no need to ever drift below this level of existence,

Below this frequency of vibration.

Knowing that the level you have chosen is the frequency,

The unique frequency that is you,

The frequency of love,

The unique frequency of love embodied that is you.

This is your start point,

This is the moment that you will move forwards from,

Creating every situation that is yet to come,

Doing so mindfully,

With purpose and conviction,

Towards the liberation and betterment of yourself as well as all of humanity.

This world is ours to create,

Ours to enjoy and experience,

And I ask that you join me in creating heaven upon earth for all to experience.

Take a moment just to breathe in and fully familiarise every element within this viewpoint,

Within this room,

Within this area of existence in to yourself.

Burn it into your mind's eye,

For it is always there to be seen,

To be felt,

To be heard and experienced in completion.

And when you are ready,

And only when you are fully and completely ready to continue upon your journey of transcendental transformation,

To leave behind and ascend all those limiting viewpoints and beliefs of old,

To know that fear exists,

But it is simply a channel on a TV,

And you are done with viewing it,

With experiencing it,

With acting it out or being part of it at all.

That you,

Your unique self,

Your unique vibrational interpretation of the universe itself,

That you are here to be love,

To share love and to experience it everywhere you go.

So when you are ready,

And only if you are fully and completely ready,

I ask that you travel,

That you float,

That you drift back towards those doors that open at your presence.

Step inside the elevator,

And when you are ready,

Press the button to raise and ascend once again,

Travelling somewhere between the levels of 55 to 80.

Whatever feels most relevant to you,

Press the button,

Allow the doors to close,

And just watch as it raises and ascends further.

And as you raise,

Any attachment or memory of old,

Watch as it seems to be left behind in the floors below you.

As you raise up,

Feel as the crown of your head begins to tingle and pulsate,

As you feel your third eye fully activate,

As your throat chakra becomes clear so that you can speak and hear with clarity of vision,

And your heart as it shines and shimmers,

A beautiful vision for all able to see it,

To feel it,

To hear it,

And to bask in that beautiful frequency of love that you are in completion.

And as you continue to breathe out,

Releasing and surrendering,

Watch as that beautiful frequency continues to pass down through you,

Past your solar plexus,

Your energy centre,

Your feeling of ability,

Confidence and worth is clear to see,

In the game of life you have already won.

And as that feeling and that focus of attention passes down over your sacral,

Your pleasure centre and down to your base,

That connects you to the earth below,

As all of those frequencies of old,

Any and all feelings,

Sensations,

Emotions,

Beliefs,

As it all drains from you,

From the centre of your feet,

From the soles of your feet down into the crystalline core of the earth,

As you surrender and release all of that frequency which no longer serves.

And watch as our beautiful,

Beautiful mother,

As Gaia,

As planet earth,

As she absorbs all of that water,

All of that frequency,

Cleansing,

Purifying and redistributing somewhere more beneficial.

So by releasing your fears,

You actually benefit not only yourself,

But the earth herself,

And in truth the universe thyself,

In completion.

And as the doors open in front of you,

Only if you are fully ready to step into a new frequency of existence,

One that is only full of love and light,

Knowing that nothing but the light can exist within the light,

Then I ask that you step forwards now.

Now.

Take a moment just to fully absorb and embody this beautiful,

Beautiful feeling.

When you are ready,

Glide over to the window in front of you and take a look at the beautiful,

Majestical and magical scenery outside of you,

Knowing that it is just a reflection of that which is within,

Now that you have removed all the darkness,

All the feelings of limitation,

Separation,

Isolation or victimisation,

That you are truly aligned back with yourself,

To the truth of who you are,

And the capability to achieve and experience,

Knowing that you will go very,

Very far.

And I'd like you just to take a moment to acknowledge the fact that from this higher floor,

This higher level of existence,

This higher frequency embodied,

That you are able to see further,

To hear clearer,

And to feel more deeply and truly.

That you have a bigger picture of all of the information below you,

And through this,

You can make a more beneficial decision in any and all situations,

One that benefits yourself as well as everyone else.

And in a moment we will journey to the third floor,

To the highest realms of existence,

Doing so only when you are fully and completely ready to take this transition.

To journey with me,

As I will do with you,

Knowing that it is love that is the fuel,

Love that is the glue.

Something that seems to be calling you home,

Like a magnetic pull from your heart to the heart of the very universe itself.

Watch as your physical representation,

Your avatar being,

The physical vessel that you are here to experience it through and alongside.

Watch as it naturally and effortlessly floats towards the elevator,

Through the open doors,

And watch as you raise all the way up,

Higher up still,

All the way to floor,

To level,

To frequency of infinite,

To the highest potential.

Floor 100 and beyond.

As you come to a resting point,

As you come to a stop,

Feel as the doors open and as that beautiful light cascades through,

Fully penetrating and integrating into every fibre of you.

As you breathe in that light,

As you feel it enter and exit through every pore,

As you glide out of the elevator doors and over to the window once again.

I would like for you to realise the truth that has been with you all along,

That you are not the body,

You are not the mind,

And you are not even the soul.

You are all of these,

And so much more,

As well as nothing at all.

Through a desire to understand or control comes feelings associated with lower vibrational frequencies.

Through the ability to become the watcher,

The observer,

And simply enjoy whatever it is as it comes to be,

That,

My friends,

Is truly living free.

Realise the truth that the building itself is not even there,

That you are suspended,

Animated,

Weightless and effortlessly in mid-air,

That you can see the entire viewpoint and even,

Hmm,

The arc of the earth.

As the horizon disappears beyond your viewpoint,

With the simple will of your mind you can travel,

There,

To view it once again from a different perspective or in a different direction.

Looking over to the left,

Travel there now,

And take a moment to just enjoy where you are.

Looking over to the right,

Travel there now,

And take a moment just to enjoy where you are.

You are the universe in completion,

A being of unlimited potential in all ways,

And it is my absolute honour to provide you the key to unlock that door of infinite potential within,

Setting not only yourself but the whole world free.

Enjoy travelling around for a time,

And when you are ready,

Just set the intention and I will enter once again to guide you back down to earth,

Locking in place the new frequency of existence and every interaction that you will have going forwards from this moment in time until the very last,

Where it all begins again.

Ask a question and discover the answer,

Doing so now,

And in all of this process,

Remember that you are love embodied and that in love there is nothing but love,

That it is all perfect,

And that lower frequency of vibration,

What was that word again?

That thing,

That feeling,

That sensation,

How far removed from it you are now.

The old worldly illusions and feelings of separation or isolation are gone forever more,

And if you ever do experience something similar to this frequency,

You will be reminded instantly that it is simply an experience and that you can choose to simply step back into alignment,

Back into the frequency and vibrational embodiment of love.

That you are love embodied,

Love actualised,

Love personified,

And that all you do comes from a place of love.

Fly free,

Fly far,

Fly high,

Or not at all,

It is all your choice beautiful one,

Enjoy it all.

This space,

This frequency,

This feeling state is yours to embody and enjoy always,

And I ask that in this moment of now you join me in returning back to the earthly realm,

Grounding back to our beautiful,

Beautiful mother,

Knowing that you can enjoy this experience whenever and wherever your heart desires.

Being weightless and limitless,

Go ahead and either float back down to the earth below,

Or create it so that you are already there,

With the earth beneath your feet,

Grounded,

Supported and secured.

Create it so.

And as you feel the beautiful grass beneath your toes,

And the earth below that supports you,

That nourishes and enriches you,

Give thanks to our beautiful celestial mother for the life that she brings and the gift that she continues to give so freely.

Give back to her,

Send her gratitude,

Positivity,

Optimism,

Send her thanks with grace,

As you support her as she supports you.

And as you allow for deep grounding and purifying,

Enriching and supportive roots to grow out of the soles of your feet,

Anchoring you to this beautiful earthly realm,

Knowing that you are eternal,

A universal being,

And that you have chosen to come here to have this earthly experience,

And that with each and every breath in and out,

It is a reminder of what a beautiful journey that we are co-creating,

Simultaneous to experiencing together.

That we are here together,

United as one people,

On this one earth,

Governed by one love.

That we are in this together,

Forever.

Go ahead and ground and secure yourself,

Bringing all of that energy back into the centre of your being,

Back into your heart,

And then store any excess energy you have within your solar plexus,

Within your ahara,

And any and all allow to overflow to those around you,

Enriching and filling up those with every interaction that you have going forwards.

Know that there will be glimpses of that old channel,

That old frequency that you once existed within,

And watch so frequently.

Whether you can just change the channel back to the truth of who you are,

Back to love,

Knowing that this is how we create change,

That this is how humanity will experience the evolution of itself,

And how we will create a world of true harmony for all.

The tool starts and ends with you,

And I would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking this journey with me today.

For dedicating this time in space to the evolution of yourself,

Which causes the evolution of everything else.

Know and truly embody this truth,

That as you continue to expand your awareness,

Your consciousness,

The universe must continue to expand in order to house that continued expansion of self.

You cause the very expansion of the universe itself.
