Increase the amount of healing energy you are able to flow through you and send the world around you.

Greetings,

Infinite Blessings and Welcome to this healing activation,

Increasing and full realisation guided meditation.

We all have the capability to provide healings,

That beautiful pranic life force energy that flows through us to those that require it around us.

We can also actually provide these healings towards ourself,

Should we ever need that moment of relaxation,

Connection or healing.

And the journey we are going to go upon today is going to increase your capability and level of healing,

So that you can actually heal the collective of humanity,

Raising up to the level and the height of your true potential.

So as you go ahead and take a deep and mindful breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth,

Allow as you feel,

Hear and see within your mind's eye a beautiful golden white light that enters in through the crown of your head with every breath that you accept.

And with every breath that you release,

Go ahead and let go of everything and anything which is no longer serving.

Breathing in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

As you repeat this beautiful flow through,

I would like you to bring to mind the healing of this world at large,

Knowing that the healing of this world will not come about through helping or healing another,

But through the help and healing of yourself.

And as you allow,

As your unconscious,

Your subconscious mind,

As it listens to me and the words that flow through,

Knowing that your truest potential and your highest levels of healing and connection to the divine,

Well they already exist within,

And now is the time to unlock them and activate them in all ways,

Shapes and forms.

Knowing that you are safe,

Guided and always protected when you are here with me.

Go ahead and bring to mind a space outside,

Somewhere that has some beautiful and magical trees.

And as you picture this beautiful scenery within your mind's eye,

Take a moment to really tune in and to connect to what it is that you are experiencing.

Walking barefoot and feeling the grass beneath your feet,

Feeling the wind as it blows over you,

Calling you and reminding you.

And as you begin to look at the beauty of the scenery around you,

Noticing all the wild flowers,

The birds,

The bees,

The insects,

All of the shrubbery and trees.

And as you gaze upon this majestical landscape,

Feeling at home in a state of oneness,

Just allow for this imagery to wash over you,

To be known by you.

And tuning into that feeling,

Once again to feel what is taking place within you,

And the changes,

The connections,

The shifts if you will.

And as you listen to the beautiful scenery,

To everything that is taking place around you,

As well as the internal dialogue within you,

As you listen to your mind's whisper,

Noticing how uplifting and connective,

How beneficial that it is.

And in this beautiful scenery,

I would like for you to notice the sun shining down upon you and how it brings life to everything around you.

Looking up to the sky for a moment or two,

Go ahead and notice some clouds that are floating just above you.

And as you actually request and call in the activation of your truest and most greatly potent healing potential,

Connection and capability in all ways,

Shapes and forms,

You may notice that you begin to actually become weightless,

Almost as though you jump up into the air,

And become weightless.

You just stop for a moment or two,

Just there.

And this journey will activate your highest,

Greatest and most truthful healing capabilities,

The gift that you were born to be.

It will do so easily and effortlessly at a subconscious level,

As you look up into the air,

Way up into the air,

Begin to float,

Higher and higher still,

Floating all the way up,

Higher and higher up still,

Floating all the way up into the air,

All the way up,

Up towards the heavens above,

Towards the clouds,

Stopping when you reach that new level,

That new foundation,

Your new placement,

When you reach the clouds above.

Notice how you are completely weightless,

Feeling infinite in potential,

And able to connect back to this truth in completion,

In all areas,

In all spaces,

In all times,

Connecting you to the truest capability of your healing potential,

The reason for our creation,

Bringing it into manifestation.

And as you begin to slow and come to a stop if you have not already done,

Stopping and stepping forwards onto the cloud,

Onto the foundation of support.

And as you step and lock in place yourself within this heavenly realm,

As you look back down to the earth below,

You can see the entirety of humanity held in the palm of your hand.

And just as it rains and we all get wet,

When you rain down positivity,

Connectivity and that different,

Make everyone,

Including yourself,

So much more enriched and complete.

Just like a Care Bear,

Living in the clouds,

Shining your light down upon the world below and just like the mightiest of clouds that drains and covers,

Literally everything and anything to the furthest reaches of existence.

And as that healing energy rains down from you,

As you breathe it into you,

Taking a deep and mindful breath into your belly and back out once again,

Into your belly,

Into your belly.

And as you continue to breathe in with conviction to fully and completely activate your healing potential,

Go ahead and as you look back down to the world below you,

You can see the changes and shifts that have taken place because of you.

Anytime that it rains in the future,

It will remind you and reanimate and activate within you,

Your greatest healing potential in all ways,

Shapes and forms.

Just taking a moment or two longer to fully integrate this truth and to breathe into you and the beautiful pranic life force energy that flows through you,

That heals you.

Whenever it is that you are ready,

I invite you to begin to float all the way back down towards this earthly realm,

Back towards now.

Floating all the way back from wherever you are,

Back into your body,

Back into the room with a conscious awareness of what is taking place around you,

Your fingers,

Your toes and maybe even your nose.

Just go ahead and allow as you integrate all the information that you have just experienced,

Locking it in place,

Doing so easily and effortlessly.

I leave you feeling grounded,

Secured,

Energised and revitalised.

You are ready to experience the life of your dreams through the creation and manifestation of it.
