Chakra Clearing, Cleansing, Activating, & Energising

Close your eyes, breathe & visualize healing light filling each chakra starting from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Take a deep breath in & out. Slowly open your eyes feeling renewed energy & balance in your body & mind. This meditation will balance and energize your chakras.

Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this chakra cleansing,

Purifying and activating guided meditation.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you,

To thank you for looking to continue to learn,

To grow,

To evolve and transcend those limitations of old.

And I would invite you to just take a moment as you tune in to tune out and focus your light of attention,

Your awareness upon your breath.

That beautiful pranic life force energy as it enters into you,

Filling you,

Surging all around you.

And as you exhale,

Go ahead and just allow as you release everything and anything which no longer serves you.

Breathing in through the crown of your head,

Holding the breath,

Breathing out through your mouth,

Releasing and surrendering everything back to whence it came,

Before repeating the cycle again.

Breathing in,

Drawing in that beautiful pranic life force energy and breathing out everything and anything which no longer serves you.

And as you go ahead and just continue to watch the breath as it enters in,

Filling,

Impulsating,

Shimmering and vibrating within you.

And as you breathe out,

Releasing,

Surrendering and letting go of all that no longer serves you.

And as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice,

You may find that you become more and more relaxed with each moment that passes.

With every sound that you hear,

You may find that you enter into a deeper,

More open,

Receptive and transformative state of being.

And I would like for you to go ahead and bring up an image within your mind,

An image of a river.

And along this river,

I would like for you to view,

To see and to be aware of seven pools.

And the river could be related to you,

With each of the pools being the relevant chakras.

And as you focus your attention from that bird's eye perspective,

Looking down at that beautiful stream,

Go ahead and just take note and acknowledge any blockages or debris that is collected in any of those pools.

Knowing that if there is a block in the first,

It affects all pools and all life forms within that stream.

As that water,

As that energy continues to flow down.

And as you continue to breathe in that beautiful pranic life force energy through the crown of your head,

Just allow as it flows down through you to your feet and out into the earth below you.

And I would like to invite you to bring up a new image on that screen,

A new image within your mind,

An image of a light body,

Your light body.

And as you do,

Go ahead and just allow each area to become colour coded with violet as the top of your head,

Your crown,

Relating to your crown chakra,

That beautiful purple radiating and shining from your forehead down to your chin,

Relating to your third eye.

And watch as it actually crosses over with that beautiful angelic blue from your mouth down to your throat,

Relating to your throat chakra and then that beautiful,

Beautiful heart centre.

And you may find that you bring up and reflect and relate to the colour green or pink,

Whichever colour you are shown,

Know that it is perfect and divine,

Moving your attention down your body,

Down towards your solar plexus and that beautiful yellow,

That light,

Brighter than a thousand suns,

With your solar plexus being your energy centre where you receive and release that beautiful pranic life force energy as it flows to you,

Through you and from you.

And as you travel further down still,

Down to the sacral,

Around your belly button area,

Notice that beautiful,

Vibrant orange and moving down,

Deeper down still,

Towards your genital area and all the way down to your sitting bone,

Notice that very deep and grounding and earthly red connecting you to the earth below,

With your crown connecting you to the heavens above and your heart being the centre,

The centre of yourself,

The centre of the universe and everything else.

And I would like for you now to place that body,

That light body,

Into an area that is surrounded by water and with a wall or a wave of water to your left,

To your right,

Above you,

Below you,

In front and behind.

I would like for you,

With the next breath in,

To focus your attention upon your crown chakra and as you do,

Allow as a wave of purifying,

Cleansing and activating energy travels through you,

Pushing away any and all debris,

Pollutants and restrictions of old,

As that wall of energy washes and cleanses from the right to the left,

From the front to the back,

From the left to the right and from the back to the front.

You may find that one direction or a particular chakra requires more attention,

More energy,

More conviction,

To actually release,

Remove,

Cleaning and cleansing that chakra.

And I would like for you to just go ahead,

Having purified,

Cleaned and cleansed,

Now go ahead and activate,

In completion,

Your crown chakra,

As you watch as that pool fills to the brim and overflows,

Travelling further down the stream to the next chakra,

To the next pool along the river.

And as your light of attention focuses downward towards your third eye,

Go ahead and repeat this process,

That wall of energy,

A wave washing through you,

Purifying,

Cleansing,

Removing any and all pollutants and debris of old,

From left to right,

Front to back,

Right to left and back to front,

As you push that wall through,

In each and every direction,

To ensure that every element of restriction is removed in completion.

And after having fully,

Completely and wholeheartedly cleaned and cleansed your third eye chakra,

Go ahead and allow,

As that energy,

As that water,

Flows down the stream,

From the heavens above,

Overflowing from your crown,

Down to your third eye,

Filling that pool that is fully cleaned and cleansed,

And overflowing,

Travelling further down the stream,

Towards your throat chakra.

And once again,

Just go ahead,

If you will,

And repeat that beautiful process,

That beautiful cleaning,

Cleansing and purifying technique,

With that wall of energy,

Pushing away and removing any and all debris of old,

As that water,

As that energy,

Cascades and flows down,

All the way down to your throat chakra.

And again,

Just allow,

As that wave,

As that wall of energy,

Flows through your throat chakra,

Removing any and all debris,

Pollutants or feelings of limitation or restrictions of old.

And watch as that wave passes through you,

From back to front,

Left to right,

Front to back and right to left.

Once again,

When you're fully and completely,

Consciously aware,

When you can feel,

When you can see,

And even hear,

That your throat chakra is spinning freely,

Purified,

Cleaned and cleansed,

Go ahead and allow,

As that stream of energy travels down,

Further down the stream still,

Filling the pool that is that beautiful,

Angelic blue,

Connected to and relating to your throat chakra.

And watch,

As that energy,

As that water,

Overflows,

Travelling further down the stream still.

And as it does,

As that beautiful stream,

With all of that golden pranic life force energy,

As it flows down through you,

Watch as it enters into your heart centre.

And again,

Just take a moment,

To allow for that wave,

That purifying,

Cleaning and cleansing wave,

To wash through you,

Pushing and removing any and all debris.

Completed,

That beautiful flow through,

From left to right,

Front to back,

Right to left and back to front.

Go ahead and watch,

As that stream continues to flow,

Filling your heart centre,

Filling the pool,

That beautiful,

Clear,

Pristine,

Shimmery and shiny,

Angelic in nature.

As that pool overflows,

And all of that beautiful energy continues to travel downstream,

Watch as it enters in to the next pool,

Relating to your solar plexus,

That beautiful yellow.

And just go ahead and repeat the process,

Allowing as that wall of energy,

Pushes away any and all debris,

From back to front,

Left to right,

Front to back and right to left.

And then allowing,

As that energy surges in,

Entering in through the crown of your head,

With each breath in,

Filling yourself further and further,

Filling each chakra,

Each pool along the stream,

Before overflowing down to the next.

Allowing as your light of attention,

Passes and flows and travels down,

Deeper down still,

To your sacral chakra,

Your playful and creative centre.

And again,

Just go ahead and allow as that wall of pranic life force energy,

As it travels through,

Pushing away,

Cleaning and cleansing and removing,

Any and all debris of old,

Right to left,

Front to back,

Left to right and back to front.

As that wave of energy,

Pushes out any and all debris,

Knowing that as that light,

That beautiful golden white light,

As it washes through you,

Filling you,

Becoming part of you,

It pushes away,

Removing,

Releasing back to whence it came.

Any and all limitations,

Illusions,

Feelings of victimisation,

Repression,

Any and all negatives or unnecessary beliefs or programs of old,

Any and all pollutants within the body of energy,

The body of water,

That is you,

Just allow as it is all removed.

And that stream continues to flow down from the heavens above,

Filling each pool as it flows through,

Filling that beautiful orange pool,

Filling your sacral and travelling down to your root,

To your base chakra.

And the last pool along the stream.

As you watch that beautiful energy enter in to your base chakra,

Filling that pool,

Go ahead and just pass that beautiful wall of light,

Through you once again,

From left to right,

Back to front,

Right to left and front to back,

Purifying,

Cleaning and cleansing,

Removing any and all debris or pollutants of old.

And watching as that beautiful pranic life force energy enters in through the crown of your head,

Overflowing as it travels along the stream,

Filling each pool,

Overflowing to the next.

As you continue to breathe in,

Watch as that last pool along the stream overflows,

And that stream,

That river,

That flow of energy and information,

As it travels down through you,

Through your feet,

Into the earth below you.

And as you connect to the earth below,

Notice how grounded,

Safe and secure you feel.

With each of your chakras filled to the brim and overflowing,

Take a moment just to notice how energised,

How focused and how in love with life that you feel.

With each breath in,

Just allow as it flows all the way through you to the earth below you,

Grounding and securing you to this earthly plane,

Connecting you to the heavens above.

And just go ahead and allow for each of these pools to begin to slow down,

As that water,

As the velocity and speed,

As it just reduces and slows.

Just to allow each of your chakras to become closed once again,

To retain all of that beautiful energy,

Information and wisdom that you now embody,

Protecting each of the pools from any further debris.

Just go ahead,

If you will,

And take another deep,

Purifying and grounding breath in,

Through the crown of your head,

And watch as it effortlessly flows through you to the earth below you.

And out of the soles of your feet,

I invite you to watch as deep,

Grounding and connective,

Supportive,

Foundational roots grow out of the soles of your feet into the earth below.

Feeling grounded and secure,

Energized and revitalized,

Focused,

Determined and confident,

Knowing that you have access to this beautiful energy and this ability to remove any pollutants or restrictions of old,

Whenever and wherever you desire it or require it.

Just go ahead for future reference and pass that wall of energy through each of your chakras,

Paying close attention to any feelings of restriction,

And just increasing the vitality and velocity of that wave any time that you need to.
