Welcome to Day 10 of the Manifestation Challenge here on Insight Timer.

This is your time to get clear on what you want,

Release what stands in the way,

And begin taking small,

Intentional steps towards the life you imagine.

Enjoy today's session.

Welcome to Day 10 of our journey together.

This is Justin Michael Williams,

And I am so excited to celebrate with you on this final day of our journey.

Over the past nine days,

You've done amazing work.

You've gotten clear.

You've released.

You've aligned your energy,

And you've taken steps forward.

And today,

We are stepping fully into that vision.

We are stepping fully in to who it is that you want to become.

And that's because manifestation becomes real when you start to live as the person who is ready to revel in all that you desire.

This isn't about waiting.

It's about stepping fully into the life and the version of yourself who is ready and worthy and knows that they're enough.

And today's practice,

We are going to carry this beyond the challenge.

And so I'd like to guide you through a short practice now.

So start by just getting comfortable in your body.

Relax into yourself,

However it is,

And then just place one hand over the center of your chest and the other hand on top of that.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so already and take a full,

Deep breath in and a deep breath out.

One more time.

A full,

Deep breath in.

This time,

Hold it at the top.

Hold it.

Sip in a little bit more air if you can.

And now open the mouth.

Let it out.

And now as silently as you can,

Take another breath in.

Real silent,

Real silent.

Hold it at the top.

And then without making a sound,

Let the breath all out.

And now just stay in this internal space,

This silent,

Still space.

And let's begin our manifestation for today.

I want you to pick one area of life that you really want to take to the next level right now.

One area.

And now as you choose this area of life,

I'd like you to imagine a future version of yourself at any point in the future who is fully living the life of your dreams in this area of life.

And when I say fully living the life of your dreams,

I want you to go beyond your circumstances.

Like you could rub a magic lamp.

Anything is possible.

What do you notice?

What do you sense in this vision of the future you?

And now as you envision,

I want you to push it even further.

What would you need to imagine to make this vision feel miraculous?

Like it would be an absolute miracle in your life if this came true in this way.

What do you notice?

What do you sense?

And now as you imagine this miraculous vision,

Just scan around yourself in the vision and notice any colors that you see.

Notice if there's anybody there with you or if you're alone.

And notice what's happening in the vision that indicates to you that something miraculous has happened.

What's happening in the vision that makes this so amazing?

And now as you keep this vision in mind and feel yourself living it,

I want to ask you a few questions.

And just trust the first things that come to your mind.

You don't need to write anything down yet.

Just trust what comes up.

Here are your questions.

Number one.

As you imagine this future version of yourself who is living the life of your dreams,

Who do you need to become now to get closer to being that version of yourself that you see in the vision?

I'll ask it again.

Who do you need to become now to get closer to being this version of yourself?

And now question two.

What do you need to release now to get closer to being the version of yourself in your vision?

What do you need to release now?

And last but not least,

What is one action step you can take within the next week to start stepping toward this vision in real life?

I'll ask it again.

What is one action step you can take in the next week to start bringing this vision forward in your life now?

Once you have it,

Just take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Take your time.

This is such powerful work.

And as you exit this practice,

I want you to write down the three things that came to you.

This is how we're summing up our time together here.

Who do you need to become?

What do you need to release?

And what is one action step you're going to take this week?

But as a declaration.
