Welcome to Day 28 of Insight Timer's Reset & Refresh Challenge. Today, you will culminate your journey with a powerful focus on taking action with a practice you can do long after this challenge is over. This final day with Justin is about turning your visions and plans into reality, giving a proven and practical way for you to take proactive steps towards the life you've envisioned.

Welcome to day 28 of Insight Timers Reset and Refresh Challenge.
Your call to break free from the ordinary,
Let go of what's been holding you back,
And step into your life with a fresh perspective.
Let's jump in to today's session.
Hey everybody,
I am so excited.
We are here at day 7 of our journey together,
And this is going to be a really fun day because we are bringing together everything that we've done so far and talking about how to not only turn this into long-term action in your life,
But also how to start bringing your vision into your life now.
And what this is really about is you not needing to wait for your life to change or anything to show up in your life for your vision to come true,
But for you to start cultivating the energy of your vision now.
Each day of the practice so far,
We have created a vision for your life for the six different life zones.
Work and career,
Creativity,
Passions,
Hobbies,
Interests,
Play,
Well-being,
Including your physical,
Emotional,
And spiritual.
We talked about authentic relationships and created a vision for your money and financial freedom.
And then on day six,
We created a vision for how you are of service in the best way possible for you.
And now we talk about who you are being.
So the most important thing that you need to know is that taking actions are important and we have practiced that.
But what's even more important than the actions you are taking is who you are being inside of all those actions,
Is the energy that you are bringing to all the actions you do.
Because here's the thing,
Yes,
Your vision may be something that feels like it can never happen or feels like it will happen in a long time or feels like it's something that you're gonna have to work towards or wait for.
But what you don't have to wait for is who you are being now.
You can start to bring the energy of your vision to life right now in whatever circumstances you're in and take full ownership for who you are in your vision,
Not just what you have and what you do.
And when we take responsibility and shift who we are,
Everything that we want starts to appear because we have changed at the level of our frequency and not just changed what we've got or what we have or what we want,
But we are becoming someone new.
This is the power and the reason why we even went through all six of these life zones to get you a clear enough vision so that we could get to today's practice which is all about who you are being.
Now,
Don't get me wrong,
Actions matter.
So in today's practice,
We're gonna do a combination.
We're bringing together action and being in a way that allows you to bring your vision forth.
Let's go ahead and begin our practice.
I'd like you to get as comfortable as you can in your seat.
Place your hands over the center of your chest,
One over the other,
And take a deep full breath in with me now and a deep breath out for our last time doing the manifesting breath together.
Go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already and let's take one more full cleansing breath in together.
Inhale and exhale completely and inhale with me for one,
Two,
Three.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale one,
Two,
Three.
Again,
Inhale one,
Two,
Three.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale one,
Two,
Three.
Last time,
Inhale one,
Deeper,
Two,
Three.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three.
Exhale one,
Two,
And three.
And now just breathe normally and I want you to call into your mind a future version of yourself who is living in harmony and living the life of your dreams.
You can let whatever life zones come up that feel like they want to come forward for you.
It can be a combination of the life zones or you can have just one.
Whatever arises is exactly what you are meant to see today.
So as you imagine this future version of yourself who is living the life of your dreams,
Notice are you indoor or are you outdoor?
Notice if there's anybody there with you or if you're alone.
Notice what's happening in this vision that indicates that you are living the life of your dreams.
Notice what's about to happen or already happened and just scan around the vision and notice if you can see anything,
Any other colors or textures or things around you.
Notice if there's a temperature or something touching your skin in your vision that you can sense and notice what's happening in this vision that indicates that you are living the life of your dreams.
And now push it even bigger.
Dream bigger.
Imagine this future version of yourself who is living the life of your dreams and it is an absolute miracle.
It is an absolute miracle that this has come true.
And now I'm gonna ask you two questions and I want you to answer both of these questions keeping your vision in mind with the first things that come to you.
Here are your questions.
Number one,
What is one tiny action step that you can take to move you in the direction of this vision?
And number two,
Who are you being energetically as you live out this big vision?
Who are you being?
See if you could come up with just a few words to describe who you are being.
Maybe you're being joyful,
Happy,
Confident,
At peace,
Relaxed,
Energetic,
A boss.
Anything that comes to you works.
Who are you being in your vision?
And once you have your answers,
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
And when you're ready,
I invite you to open your eyes.
Absolutely beautiful work.
Here's what you have to do.
Not only do you need to take actions in the tangible 3D world to move in the direction of your vision,
You have to also bring a certain kind of energy to everything that you do.
Because we all know people who have lots of things but who are not happy as they walk towards those things,
Who are not fulfilled as they walk towards those things,
And who feel empty even when they have everything they asked for.
And so this practice allows us to infuse an energy of being,
Of positivity and hope,
And whatever it is that we need to bring forward into our lives as we make our visions manifest right in front of our eyes.
You have been on an amazing journey here and I am so grateful and so thankful that you have taken this journey with me of designing your life.
And one of the things that I want to offer for you to do is come back to this last practice as many times as you can because this is a practice that you can do daily.
Dropping into your vision,
Picking a powerful action,
And anchoring in and remembering who it is that you need to be as you walk forward towards the life that you really desire and dream of.

As anticipated, an excellent conclusion to your section of the course, and the whole course. Thank you! Being a human being is the capstone, but also the foundation, to all the doing. I realised heavily that how I was showing up is crucial, and the key in this is fatigue from poor sleep hygiene. From this stem all the poor sides of neurodivergence: chaos, inconsistency, emotional instability, distraction. In .y vision, which was fleeting, I was back on my hillside, overlooking the sea, in a fresh sea breeze but warm, like springtime. It might have been Japan - that is coming up a lot lately. But more importantly: I was awake, alert, fully present, grateful and content, and I wasn't alone But pull out to the pushed bigger vision - I was in that space because I chose to take an active walk and exploration after being nearby in service to working towards my goals - of being a bridge between worlds, of connecting innovqtion to impact, and in choosing, telling, living compelling stories. I had clearly solved my life, including major health and financial challenges, for this to happen. The small setpsI can take are to grab hold if accountability for my sleep. To engage and drive my healthcare providers to diagnose my chronic health issues. And to engage in consultancy work today - after a break - whilst designing that future of service.
