Grateful to find this practice. Had norovirus a few weeks ago and my body just hadn't bounced back. I feel so much better and am enjoying the warmth created. Many Blessings ☮️💓✨️

So incredibly powerful! Thank you. 🙏 I could feel the warmth and I can tell already that this is exactly the practice I have been looking for to help me with adrenal fatigue. I’ll be sharing far and wide. 💚 This practice is my absolute go-to when I’ve had a poor night’s sleep and/or I have a big day ahead. ✨

Easy to follow. Clear. And grateful there's no background music. One question... the instructions are to breath into the lower belly, towards the kidneys which i found confusing. Aren't the kidneys behind the upper belly?

I am amazed how much my energy levels increased. I am a law student and I’m the middle of preparing for finals and I was so tired and usually take power naps but this just exhilarated me seriously and I feel I can not only study but retain the content. I think I am going to do this regularly throughout the day and week. Thank you so much! I feel great and recharged!!!!

I liked this and want to keep practicing it, but would love to get clarification around certain parts of the practice. First, should you be sitting upright in the chair, or leaning back in the chair, or does it not matter? Second, after taking in a breath through my chest, I’m not sure I understand how to “push” or shift the breath into my abdomen without exhaling. If I extend my stomach in all directions, I just feel pressure in the abdomen but the breath and tension are still very much in my chest. I can feel the air and tension move to my belly by releasing a small bit of air through my nose and simultaneously expanding and filling my belly with the breath, but that still means I’m probably exhaling at least partially. Is there another way to approach the chest-to-abdomen breath shift that you could suggest? Thank you!

mmmm. Thank you. I needed to feel the ground. Under the emotions was fatigue.
