Rasāsvāda: The Sweetness Of Stillness
by Julie Skon
Take a Break from the Noise: A Mindfulness Meditation for Stillness, Peace, and Presence. There is a beautiful Sanskrit word: Rasāsvāda (rah-SAH-svah-dah). It means the lingering taste of bliss that stays with us after stillness, after the quieting of thought. It is the sweetness that remains when we step away from the noise, even for a moment. In this gentle guided meditation, we create our own Rasāsvāda together. You'll be invited to set down what you've been carrying... the rumination, the frustrations, the moment that made you feel small, and return to the quiet rhythm of your own breath. Best for: stress relief, overthinking, emotional reset, mindful pauses, self-compassion, and reconnecting with yourself. With love, Julie Skon
