When we take time to slow down and allow ourselves to let go of anything not serving us or fulfilling us,
We create an abundance of space for the new,
For whatever it is that we desire.
So let's go into this meditation together by gently slowing our breath.
Imagine your heart opening,
Your mind opening,
Your body opening,
And give yourself permission to let go.
Listen to your breath.
Guide your breath up into your mind.
Imagine your breath moving into any thoughts or spaces that are just ready to be set free.
What thoughts are you ready to release?
Whatever they are,
Place no judgment.
Just see yourself letting them go.
Bring your attention into your body.
What is your body ready to let go of?
What is it holding on to that wants to be set free?
With each exhale,
Feel yourself letting it go.
Now draw your breath into your heart,
Your beautiful heart.
What is your heart telling you that it wants to set free?
Breathe into the center of your heart space.
With each exhale,
Let it go.
Now that you have released and have created freedom and newness in your mind,
Body,
And heart,
Answer these questions one at a time.
I'll give you space between each.
Allow the answers to just float to the surface.
Acknowledge them and embody what feels good.
What new mindset are you ready to embrace?
What new actions are you ready to take that support and nourish and care for your body?
What newness are you ready to cultivate within your heart?
Once again,
Bring your awareness up into your mindset.
Simply repeat the words,
Thank you.
Draw your attention to your body.
Once again,
Say the words,
Thank you.
Finally,
Right to the very middle of your heart,
One more time,
Thank you.
You have just created this new space in your mind and body and heart.
So I ask you,
Are you open to the extraordinary that today will bring?
Sitting quietly,
Just recognize,
Feel,
Embrace how extraordinary this very moment is.
To just be is extraordinary.
Let's set the motion of today into action by saying out loud or repeating in your mind after me,
Something extraordinary is going to happen today.
I don't know when,
I don't know where,
I don't know how,
But I can't wait to find out.
