This is Julie Skon.
In today's meditation you will be activating abundance,
Attracting more of what brings you joy and happiness by utilizing and tapping into the language and energy of gratitude.
As you start to settle into your space,
Finding your comfort,
Getting cozy,
Aligning your body,
Let's reflect on a saying that you may have heard before.
Gratitude creates gratitude.
Simple and yet so beautifully effective.
How does this work?
How does filling yourself with gratitude,
Through the very act of recognizing and celebrating even the littlest of things that you're thankful for,
Create more to be grateful for?
The law of attraction says that our thoughts bring our results.
So let's start to slow down and take a few deep breaths together as you focus for a moment on the power of your thoughts.
Can you remember a time when your thoughts were coming from a place of lack?
And we have all been there from time to time and there's absolutely no self-judgment right now.
But can you recall how it feels when you are comparing yourself to another or thinking that you are not good enough?
Having fears that you won't be liked or seen or heard.
Even telling yourself when that happens then I will be happy.
Without embodying this energy,
Can you say in your mind or out loud right now what does that energy feel like for you?
And now let's create a shift,
A dynamic shift.
What does the energy of gratitude feel like for you?
When you are genuinely thankful for something,
For someone's kind actions,
Maybe having a special moment with someone you care about,
Receiving good news,
Having an experience that brings you joy or having a breakthrough.
How does that energy feel for you?
Notice how different the energy is.
Shifting from a lack mindset to one of embodied gratitude.
One is stagnant,
Frustrated,
It feels stuck.
The other is uplifting,
It's hopeful,
It's inspiring.
You can feel its aliveness.
In today's meditation,
We are going to tap into that energy of abundance by utilizing the language,
The energy of gratitude so that you can not only boost your mood but also watch in real time as you align with abundance and more to be grateful for.
If they aren't already,
Please softly close your eyes as you start to deepen a connection with your body with each breath,
Slowing the motion as you draw your inhales deeper,
Extending your exhales as you release and welcome even more comfort.
I'm going to ask you a series of questions,
Giving you a couple of minutes of peaceful space between each to allow yourself to mindfully wander through your answers.
With each of the uplifting thoughts,
The meaningful images or special moments that come to your mind,
Embrace each with gratitude right from the core of your being.
Fill them with your love and feel free to stay out loud.

Let's take a deep breath together,
An audible exhale.
Here we go.
What in this very moment,
It could be the littlest of things or the biggest,
The greatest,
Are you grateful for?
What are the qualities and values within you that you are grateful for?
What within your body are you grateful for?
Who are the people,
The animals,
The living things that you are grateful for?
Where are the places you love to be within that you are grateful for?
What are the moments within today that you are already grateful for?
And for the final question,
What moments in your future that you're planting the seeds for right now are you grateful for?
Together,
Let's take a nice,
Sweet,
Deep breath.
This energy that you are holding,
Embodying right now,
Recognize how it feels.
Stamp this moment in time in your memory.
So as the days ebb and flow,
You can return to this beautiful space that you have created within.
Anytime you need to realign with gratitude,
Remember and recall this energy and watch as universe delivers you more to be grateful for exponentially.
As you gently come back into this day or this night,
Into your space,
Imagine for a moment you are surrounded in light.
Draw this light into your body as you inhale,
Drive it all the way to the tips of your toes,
Touching every cell,
Awakening,
Enlivening your body all the way to the very crown of your head.
Start to softly move your body,
Squeeze and release any muscles that need more awakening.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and send beautiful gratitude one more time to yourself.
Thanking you for taking this time to align your energy with abundance and all of the good feels.
