Hi there and welcome.

Welcome to a window of time today that is all about you.

Not about what is going on around you,

Not about what needs to get done,

Not about the countless things in life that are hard and elude your control.

This window is a time and space for you to release thinking about all of that and clear some room for you,

For your well-being,

For your balance,

For your inner peace.

Because you matter and how you feel matters.

And the better you feel,

The better your health.

The better you feel,

The sharper your clarity.

The better you feel,

The bigger your joy.

The better you feel,

The sweeter the unfolding of your life.

And this life is precious.

This life is a gift.

But in the energies of stress and anxiety,

We can so easily lose sight of all that makes it magical,

Wondrous,

And worth living.

I would like to introduce the idea that stress,

Worry,

Anxiety are,

On some level,

A choice.

Not to induce any blame,

Because it is extremely hard in this world now not to feel those feelings a lot.

In certain situations,

It is most definitely almost impossible not to.

But I offer the idea that we have some choice,

Because in the assumption of responsibility,

We receive the gift of empowerment.

You do have the power right here,

Right now,

To choose something else.

And this meditation has been created to deeply support you to do just that.

Let's begin by getting extremely comfortable wherever you are.

In a comfy seat or lying down,

Wherever you are,

Get cozy.

Imagine your body getting heavier,

Sinking into that which holds you.

And relax now your toes.

Feel any tension in your toes.

Release.

Relax your feet.

Feel them get heavy.

Relax your calves,

Your lower legs.

Relax your knees and behind your knees.

Relax your thighs,

Your upper legs.

Relax your seat.

Release all tension.

Release all tension in your hips,

In your pelvis,

In your stomach.

Let it go.

Lower back.

Relax your chest.

Feel your shoulders widen.

Relax your upper back.

Feel the back of your shoulders melt.

Relax your left arm down to your elbow,

The bottom of your arm,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Relax your right arm from the shoulder down to your elbow,

Down to your hands and your fingers.

Relax your neck.

Relax your chin.

Release your jawbone.

Relax your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your eyes.

Relax the space between your eyes.

Relax your forehead.

Relax the crown of your head.

And as you relax your head,

Imagine now the possibility that you are capable of fully relaxing even your brain.

Imagine it just melting inside you.

Relaxation,

Peace,

Stilling your thoughts.

Breathe deeply now.

Keeping your focus tethered here,

Now,

Only to the sensations of your body.

Feel the relaxation within you.

Feel a deep peace settle over you like a warm,

Soft blanket.

Imagine a team of angels,

Your guardian angels,

Laying this blanket over you,

Wrapping it around you,

Comforting you,

Protecting you.

Relax all your focus,

All your presence into the peaceful feeling pervading your entire system.

Know that you are safe here.

Know that you are loved here.

Know that you deserve,

You deeply deserve this peace.

As you relax here,

Welcoming and cultivating and enjoying this feeling of peace,

Bring to mind something you are grateful for.

Feel how that feels in your body.

Just shift your focus right now to gratitude.

Bring to mind more that you are grateful for.

Feel the gratitude expand your heart,

Filling you with appreciation for all that is beautiful in your life.

Be with the love in your life,

The people that are precious,

The experiences that you've had or will have that are lighting you up,

Possessions that symbolize love,

Beauty,

Joy.

Feel gratitude well up in your being,

Soaking you in sensations of abundance as you spend some time here with the fullness of your life,

With the blessings of your life.

Know that you are worthy.

You deserve all the good that you have.

Receive and say thank you.

Now,

An integral part of feeling at peace,

Of mitigating the anxiety that can amp up so easily in our modern world,

Is knowing that you are not alone,

Not ever alone,

Not anyone.

So now,

Whatever you believe,

Whether it's a higher spiritual outlook that supports you,

A religious structure that comforts you,

Or reverence for the power and majesty of life itself that inspires you,

Lean in.

Lean in to higher love.

Lean in to higher energy.

Lean in to higher intelligence.

And whatever has been troubling you,

Whatever causes you any stress or anxiety,

Whatever feels like it's just too much to bear on your own,

Turn it over.

Turn it over to love and ask life now for the help that you need,

For whatever help you need.

Ask,

Ask,

Ask.

And trust that you are worthy of being supported.

Trust that whatever you need help with,

You deserve that help.

You deserve healing.

You deserve miracles.

You deserve the fulfillment of your heart-born desires.

And open now to receive that help.

Open now to believe in the help that is there for you,

If you simply allow.

And as you receive love here,

Envision your life unfolding in the best possible way.

See your worries and your concerns dissipate into solutions.

Create now a vision of what you need.

See your fears and your fears dissipate into solutions.

Create now a vision of positive experience.

Use the power of your mind to support you as you see and feel a reality where all your needs are met.

Feel perfection.

Feel how good it feels to direct your focus,

Direct your energy away from worry and towards creative possibility.

Feel this vision take root in your body and deepen the peace and the power that you feel within.

And now take a moment to shine this positive energy on another,

Giving generously of this peaceful,

Powerful energy.

Think of someone who needs love,

Who could use a miracle right now,

And see it unfolding for them.

See them wrapped in a warm blanket of light that protects and supports them,

Too.

Send them a prayer,

A blessing for their own highest good,

And know that this love from you has a huge impact,

Even if it's not always visible.

And on a bigger scale now,

Send a prayer to the world,

To our great big world,

Managing great big problems,

And see a future where we collectively find the inner peace,

The human kindness,

The sustainable respect for the planet that we so dearly love.

And by taking this brief but blessed moment to imagine this,

You are helping to build a future where it is realized.

Use your focus now to help build a future that is better for everyone.

You are powerful.

Likely nobody has told you how powerful you are.

Know that by taking time to meditate every day,

To create peace within,

To cultivate positive creative energy within,

You are contributing in beautiful ways,

Not just to your life,

But to all of life around you.

Everything will be okay.

Everything that is hard will pass.

You have the solutions you need because you are the solution you need.
