Good evening,

Sweet one,

And welcome to Dreamtime.

It's time to sleep,

To rest your tired,

Precious body.

And I know of a creature,

A very beautiful,

Magical creature,

Who would love to help you to do just that.

First,

Lying there in your soft bed,

I want you to open your imagination.

You have an amazing imagination,

And it is there that we will find the magic that we seek.

Let the music guide you out of your bed,

Out of your room,

And into the magnificent world of your imagination.

I want you to imagine now that you are outside,

Under a brilliant starry sky,

Stars blinking and winking at you in love.

You feel that each one of those stars is watching over you,

And you know that you are safe.

Beneath your feet is a meadow full of soft rainbow flowers.

Their peaceful smell fills your nose,

And you take a deep breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

You are so happy and so peaceful that the next time you exhale,

You let out a soft,

Relaxing sigh.

Up ahead,

You see a tree,

But it's not just any tree.

It's a huge tree,

And every leaf is of a different colour.

So many rainbow leaves.

It's beautiful,

Shimmering under the moonlight.

But that is not even the best part.

You see what's there,

Underneath the tree,

And you can't believe it.

It's a unicorn.

You knew that they were real.

Your eyes drink in the unicorn's shining horn and sparkling eyes.

You can see in her eyes that she is nothing but love,

And you know in your heart that it is safe to go close to her.

You walk closer,

And when you reach her,

You put out your hand and she gives you a nuzzle.

You laugh,

And you draw close,

Touching her shimmery hair.

It is the softest feeling that you have ever felt.

You can't help yourself,

And you bury your face in her silky mane.

You are so tired now,

And the softness of the unicorn makes you want to rest.

You both lie down on the flowers,

And you curl up against her warm,

Soft body.

It is the softest,

Sweetest place that you have ever been.

You feel yourself get heavy,

Relaxing your head,

Your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Relaxing your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers,

Relaxing your stomach and your hips,

The tops of your legs,

The bottom of your legs,

And even your sweet little toes.

All of you,

So very relaxed.

You open your eyes slightly,

And you see there are soft ripples of magic coming out of the unicorn's horn.

You feel the magic wrap around you like a comforting blanket,

And you hear,

Sweet one,

You are safe.

You softly repeat,

You hear,

And you softly repeat,

You hear,

And you softly repeat,

And you feel safe.

You feel protected.

You feel so loved.

You think now of all the people you love,

Who love you too,

So very much.

And you know,

You just know that they too are safe,

That the unicorn's sweet magic is wrapping around them too.

You are surrounded in peace,

And now you know it is time to let yourself drift off to sleep,

Cuddled in the softness of your unicorn,

And wrapped in her magic,

Which is certain to bless you with the sweetest of dreams.

Good night,

Sweet one.

Good night.
