Life is loving.

I know this might be a hard sell some days.

My own soul and subconscious battled back and forth on this one for quite some time.

It sounded a bit like soul.

Life is loving.

Mind.

Life is hard.

Soul.

Life is kind.

Mind.

Life can be pretty harsh.

Soul.

Life wants to take care of you.

Mind.

I have to take care of myself,

Thank you very much.

Soul.

Life is so loving that it will respect everything that you choose to believe about it.

Mind.

Oh.

Okay.

I'm beginning to see where you're going with this.

So if your own mind is also resistant to a belief in life's benevolence,

Please kindly ask it to humor me on this meditative journey because like me there just might be some very rich treasure for you to unearth here.

Close your eyes and go within.

Shut out all outside stimulus.

Forget for a moment all the fear.

Withdraw your attention from the clamoring chaos of the world's news feeds.

Dive so deep within that you can no longer hear any noise from any drama in your life or anyone else's.

Come right to your heart.

Right to the very center of your being.

Right to the source of love within you.

Breathe here.

Breathe into your heart.

This is the seed of your physical being.

You started as a heartbeat,

As a tiny collection of cells that became your heart.

It did not begin as a brain to think,

But as a heart to love.

Your truest,

Deepest,

Best nature is love,

And if we go by no other measure than what feels best in life,

You are here to love and be loved.

Breathe now into your heart center and observe how it feels today.

Perhaps the love in your body is rich and flowing.

If so,

Swim in it.

Perhaps the love in your heart is hiding or hurting today.

If so,

Wrap your breath around your heart in a protective,

Gentle hug,

And let's create safe space now for you,

For the pains of the past to release,

And for the love in your heart to beat freely once more.

Feel into your heart,

And feel how this resonates there.

The true nature of life is loving,

And as an expression of that nature,

Life is respectful,

And it will show up for you as you believe it will.

Life is the true master of consent,

And in this free will universe,

Your deeply held subconscious perspectives on all matter of nature are honored and reflected in the manifest world around you.

You are a master of creation,

But perhaps like most of us,

Nobody informed you of your creative power because they never knew their own.

So in your young life,

As a beautiful little sponge to all the belief systems and energy patterns of the world around you,

You probably came to trust in a number of paradigms that don't really serve you in their unfolding now,

And these deeply held perspectives dictate how your life can grow because life inevitably and unavoidably cultivates in alignment with how you subconsciously believe it will.

But there is a source of truth in you that transcends any self-limiting paradigm embedded in childhood or picked up along the way.

Thank God.

There is a source of truth in you that can connect you to life's greatest potential to love you in its unfolding,

And there is a source of power in you that can heal the pain of all those old stuck belief patterns that have been subconsciously creating struggle no matter how many affirmations you may have uttered.

And there is a source of soul in you that can free you to experience life's true and tender nature.

And by doing this deep healing,

By inviting this love energetically into your body,

You then invite life to show up for you as it so strongly desires to,

With the support and synchronicities that it truly delights in delivering.

So welcome the energy of this loving tender care to open in your heart.

Breathe into your heart.

Bring all your focus and attention there inside your body.

Become attuned to all the sensations in your heart center.

Invite the energy there to build.

Invite the energy of love to breathe with you.

Whisper to your heart now,

It is safe for you to open here.

I am with you.

Meet any resistance you may feel with compassion,

With tenderness,

Gentleness,

And repeat,

You are safe here.

I am with you.

Your heart is a gateway to the heart of the divine.

It is a gateway to your own infinite,

Eternal divine nature,

The love of your soul.

Breathe into your heart now and invite this highest love to enter your body.

To receive this love is the greatest act of self-love you can perform.

Accept the gift freely offered.

Feel fully the love the divine holds for you.

Let the great expanse of that love open your heart and fill your entire body with light,

Inviting that all-powerful love to bring a great healing to your heart.

And from your heart,

Feel that healing shoot outwards into any pain or resistance held in any other areas of your body.

Just let the healing travel wherever it needs to go today.

Trust the intelligence of that love.

Feel your entire body infused with love,

With the love and reverence that spirit has for you.

Your body a roadmap for your subconscious mind,

Old blockages and unhelpful neural pathways,

Healing in tandem as sweetness supplants stress,

As this loving support supplants spiritual isolation.

May any absence of love that you have inherited or experienced in your life be filled now.

May any trauma of neglect held in your body be healed now with tender care.

May you reconnect fully to the true source of this universe and creator of life that is unfailing in its love,

Compassion and support of you.

You are worthy of this love.

Feel any wounds to your heart,

Any rejection,

Any abandonment,

Any times that you were not seen for who you are,

Appreciated for who you are,

All those times now getting healed and whole in this divine love.

Know that any person who has ever hurt you did so from an absence of love inside their own heart.

Release them and reclaim your right to live in love.

You are brilliant and gifted and beautiful.

Your heart is powerful beyond measure.

You have the power to heal every pattern of pain within you and you have backup.

Open the back of your heart now to receive even more love.

Add to your heart the love of all your guides and angels.

Yes,

You have an entourage and all your ancestors who are now cheering on your freedom from the pains of their past.

Feel love entering the back of your chest,

Infusing your heart and traveling down your arms and out your hands.

Love backing you so you may give more love in your life.

Divine love infusing your heart with strength so that you can be brave and courageous and live in love with freedom and confidence.

Feel the love now also infusing your lungs so they cushion your heart in lightness and freedom and joy.

Your entire chest opening to experience and explore and bask in the great freedom that love brings so that you are free to embody your highest potential.

You are free to become a truly liberated,

Joyous creator on this planet and you are free to share all the beautiful gifts that your soul has to give this world.

Free to help heal everything and everyone around you with the very vibration of your being by welcoming this love that you hold and share.

There is no greater gift to this world than a wide open loving heart.

Unify now your heart with the divine heart and trust that in that union all the love you generate in your heart will become reflected in life around you.

Life a loving mirror to the immeasurable power of the goodness created within you.

See and feel your heart projecting love,

Kindness,

And beauty onto the reflection of your life.

Feel it beaming out from you now in all directions.

Your heart which emanates the most powerful electromagnetic field in your body magnetizing love now,

Giving and receiving only love now.

And so as you go forward from this meditation with an open free loving heart with a belief in the generosity of life,

Keep your senses open for all the ways that you are being taken care of,

Supported,

And guided on your path.

Because as you cultivate a belief that life is loving and as you free yourself to be more and more loving,

You will be gifted with more goodness all around you every moment of every day.

Instead of love,

I called this meditation loving because it is love in action.

It is an activation of the power of the heart.

Loving is healing.

Loving is trusting.

Loving is the greatest act of service you can give this world.

Loving is the bravest thing that you can do.

Loving is your highest nature.
