Hello and welcome.

Today we're tapping into the abundance that is all around us.

Let's go into a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes and rest your hands on your knees with your palms facing up.

We're going to take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

So let's take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Another breath in and out.

One more deep breath in and out,

Letting it all go.

Feel your body becoming more relaxed and feel your shoulders release.

Feel your face soften and return to breathing through your nose naturally.

Simply enjoy finding your calm center.

Abundance is truly all around us.

If you really think about it,

Nature is so abundant.

There's an abundance of fresh air,

An abundance of sunshine,

An abundance of plants and flowers and trees and animals and an abundance of people in the world.

Abundance is our birthright and you already have so much abundance within.

All you need to do is tap into that abundance.

All it is is a mindset,

A new perspective,

A way of seeing things that are already there simply by opening your eyes to it.

Take a moment and envision what an abundant life looks like to you.

What areas of your life are filled with abundance?

What does it look like?

What does it mean to you?

Envision it in as much detail as you can and notice how it makes you feel.

Maybe it makes you feel joyful,

Loved,

Safe,

Protected.

Feel into whatever beautiful feelings the sun is giving you.

Feel into the love that this life gives you.

Now take a moment for gratitude for this beautiful abundant life.

Have gratitude for all that this life has brought you.

When we lean into our gratitude,

We're thanking the universe for all of its blessings and we invite more of the same.

So be grateful for the abundance and invite more of the abundance into your life.

Take a final deep breath in through the nose and exhale out of the mouth.
