The breathing space with compassionate breathing inviting the body to find a comfortable posture and mindfully becoming aware or whatever is present right now being open to all of you experience pleasant and unpleasant and holding whatever is present right now in kind awareness allowing whatever bodily sensations thoughts or emotions to simply be just as they are without needing to change anything and allowing the soothing breathing rhythm to emerge and now expanding awareness to the breathing body as a whole as it is taken in and given out through all its pores in ongoing exchange between all what's inside and outside and attuning to whatever suffering is there right now whether your own or others allowing your imagination to come up with whatever attributes the suffering may have I'm taking the suffering in with every in breath and allowing it to transform into healing quality you breathe out continuing for as long as you wish returning to your daily activities when you feel ready to do so
