Feeling burnt out?
Overwhelmed?
Don't worry,
My darling,
I got you.
In today's video,
I'm going to channel Reiki healing energy directly to you so you can feel relaxed,
More grounded,
And more connected with yourself.

And let's begin.
So make sure first of all you find a comfortable position for yourself.
This time is for you.
No one has to disturb you.
Because you're already burnt out,
You're already overwhelmed,
So allow yourself to have this couple of moments just for yourself.
Okay,
So after you've done that,
You created this beautiful space around you.
Make sure no one bothers you and we're going to start with breathing to make sure you feel even more grounded and more relaxed.
Okay,
So let's do this together.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Ready?
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Release with a sigh.
One more.
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Release.
Maybe even give a little bit of shake here.
One more time.
Inhale.
It's beautiful.
Notice if you feel ready,
Some change in your body.
I'm going to start with using essential oil.
Today I'm using sandalwood.
A couple drops here.
So I'm going to start by brushing your aura.
Aura is our energy body,
Right?
So if you are not doing this already by yourself,
You can start by doing this every day,
Just literally 30 seconds of time.
Imagine how you start.
So you can start from the top,
Going down,
Down,
Down.
If you do it on yourself,
Going like this from yourself all the way down and brushing down towards Mother Earth.
So I did brush for you right now.
Why do we have to do this?
Because every single day we are out there in the world,
Right?
And this can be one of the reasons why you feel this burnt out as well.
Because we pick up energies from other people and this energy can stay on our bodies.
So it's really important to release that energy and I always encourage you to use different essential oil.
Just put a couple of drops to the brush and you're good to go.
Okay,
My dear.
I'm going to start now with crystals,
Working with crystals and that's it.
Bring yourself down to a relaxed state.
You can take a few more breaths and now we're going in a deep relaxation mode.
Brushing this face with crystal and I will use my beautiful peacock feather as well.
Also helping you to heal,
To connect of course with birds and with the element of air.
Then starting now to channel Reiki energy to you,
My dear,
To allow you to release that overwhelmed,
Burnt out feeling.
You don't have to do anything.
You've done already too much.
Now it's your time to relax and allow yourself to receive.
Too great,
Too great,
Too great.
Try to really connect with your body right now.
Just scan from top to bottom and notice what part of your body is the most tense right now,
Where you feel the pressure,
The tension the most.
And allow Reiki to flow exactly there to help you to release,
Help you to relax.
And breathe,
Breathe.
I'm gonna use one more crystal.
Feeling much better.
Notice how your body is relaxing more and more now.
You're going in a deeper and deeper state.
Oh,
The overwhelmed,
The burnt out feeling is leaving your body now.
You're fully relaxed and we're starting to come back now.
So take a deep breath in again and exhale,
Release.
And start to move a little bit and slowly open your eyes if you had your eyes closed and bring your awareness back to the physical world and track how you're feeling right now.
Do you feel much more relaxed,
Much more at peace or do you still feel a little bit left in your body?
If you do,
You can always re-watch this video again and again until you feel much more relaxed and until you feel that all overwhelm is gone.
