Hi my beautiful soul and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Julia and my main mission is to assist you on your inner healing journey.
Before we begin,
Please make sure you are in a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
And now take a deep breath in and breathe out releasing all the tension,
All the stress you have accumulated during the day.
And on your next inhale start gently closing your eyes.
Continue breathing,
Continue releasing all the stress.
Allow yourself as much time as you need.
Deep inhale and deep exhale.
You are relaxing more and more.
Your body is becoming weightless at night and you feel you are moving to your subconscious level.
Give yourself more time to make sure your mind and body are fully relaxed.
And now ask yourself,
What is your ideal vision of your dream life?
Go deep into your subconsciousness and ask it to bring you the picture of what your dream life looks like.
Perhaps it is easier if you ask yourself this question.
What do I truly desire?
What is my dream life?
And allow as much time as you need for the answer to come,
For the picture to appear in your mind's eyes.
And now we will try to connect with your senses to make sure you manifest your dream life as fast as possible.
Take a look at the picture of your dream life in front of you and try to describe it to yourself.
What are you seeing there?
Make sure you check the colors,
The shapes and try to see what is happening there exactly.
Take your time,
There is no rush.
And now allow yourself to connect to the sounds.
Whatever is happening in your dream life try to hear all the sounds,
All the noises which are coming through.
Maybe you are hearing a song or a conversation.
What is it doing here?
And now we are going to include one more sense Kinesthetic sense which will allow us to manifest your dream life even sooner.
Imagine yourself being inside of your dream life picture.
You are actually living it.
How does it feel for you?
Try to connect with your physical body as much as possible at this moment.
How does it feel for you to leave this dream life?
Visualize you are that person in the future.
Imagine everything that you are seeing is happening right now has happened already.
How do you feel?
Connect with your body's reactions and sensations.
Do you feel anything in your chest?
In your belly?
Or anywhere else?
What kind of sensations are you experiencing?
Try to connect with them as much as you can.
And now you are fully in your dream life.
It is happening for you right now.
Imagine that you are already living this life.
You are happy,
Fulfilled,
Joyful and loved.
It is all possible.
You have to believe.
You have to feel it has happened already.
And now take a deep breath in and imagine the picture of your dream life starts to slowly move away from you and becomes smaller and smaller and eventually disappears from your mind's eye.
We are going to bring you back right now.
So take a deep inhale and exhale trying to bring you back to your physical body.
Wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers,
Stretch a little bit and when you are ready you can start slowly opening your eyes and bringing yourself back.
